They were so awesome and friendly! It was my first time going there and the staff made me (and my dog!) feel like family. They were great at communicating with me and understanding my needs.

Just picked up my brand new 2023 Nissan Z, after waiting two years for it to come in, I helped my brother in law out and purchased it for him.I purchased this vehicle to keep in pristine and undriven condition, only to find a poorly detailed vehicle with many scratches and the transportation glue residue from the plastic all over the car.I was greeted by Steve the manager, whose exact words to the remedy, “if you don’t want it, I can write you a cheque for the money back.” For one of the most expensive Nissans made and supposedly the only one they have received, they are incapable of delivering a brand new in perfect condition.Just spent $70000 on this vehicle and I can’t explain how I was treated and how the issues were addressed.All in all if you don’t care how you get your car this is the place for you!

Outstanding service! I have never been to a dealership like this before. The sales people are relaxed, and are squarely focused on helping you get what you need. I was provided with lots of options and there was a sense that they cared more about helping me than getting a sale. Everything was explained carefully and thoroughly, without any pressure. So grateful!!

Super glad to have met Allen yesterday. I've had my Pathfinder in the shops down in Toronto for a variety of issues over the past while but still trying to sort out a continuing 'drag' feeling when driving. Allen came out for a test drive and helped diagnose the issue. Really knowledgeable about the types of common issues which arise at the car's mileage. I really appreciate him doing the same even though his shop was hopping busy. Couldn't say thanks with a beer so this review is my hat tip to Allen for his help. Thanks a bunch.

I bought my Nissan Kicks here three years ago and only have great things to say about the sales team as well as the Service Dept. All my car service work has been done here and I am always greeted like an old friend dropping in to say hello when I come in for an appointment! At the beginning of the holidays I had a flat tire and the service team managed to get me a new matching snow tire before Christmas to ensure my holidays went ahead as planned. I highly recommend doing your service work here as well as buying your next car!

What a breath of fresh air this dealership is! Excellent experience with all the staff. We are from out of town, staying in Wasaga Beach for a month, when the oil light came on. Quick call to the dealership and an appointment was made. The dealership is a 15 minute walk to Sunset Point, which is where we decided to go, rather than their very cool outdoor gazebo waiting room. We will definitely come back here next year, our Nissan dealership could learn about customer service from this dealership!

I want to give a massive shout out to Allen and the crew in the service centre. I went in early Thursday morning with a blown ball bearing, after being in the previous week for another issue with my Altima. They made me feel like I was the most important customer they had that day, and fixed the issue in ONLY 45 minutes while I waited! Allen even offered to lend me his personal car to drive to Toronto if my car couldn't get fixed in time! An incredible group of people who I just wanted to recognize!

Excellent customer service from everybody I met while buying car. Dave was very attentive and never blinked with any of my gazillion questions. :) Great experience through the whole process, from test driving to picking up the car!
