After spending 2 hours trying to get the lower unit back on my outboard I called Joe and aside from being one of the nicest guys in the marine industry, he was very accomodating. He said come right over and I'll have a mechanic get you up and running in 15 minutes.I showed up, mechanic came out and within 10 minutes he was done and that included testing!!!If you're looking for that old school personal service do not hesitate to give Joe a call.

New boat owner. I can't say enough about Joe and his store. Very knowledgeable and super helpful to a rookie like me. I expected to pay premium prices at a marine store but found him to be more than reasonable and super helpful. He found me parts that were obsolete for my old boat motor and his prices were awesome.
