I went on Saturday,a lady was really rude with me. If she is no happy or rushing so, she must ask for time off but not being rude with patients. She was wearing a white coat. Second,wait for a week for stool test is unacceptable and this is what she said to me. Really BAD customer service.

Amazing service. I was sooo impressed with how fast and almost painless it was when they were taking my blood. That never happens if I go to an ER, at an ER I am in PAIN with them trying up to 5 times and by multiple people with them complaining how small my veins are. All that time at the ER at every attempt I am in agony. God Bless LifeLabs for superb service.

Update: they lost my sample the second time!! Claiming they didn't receive it. I wonder who would steal samples left in their dedicated fridge.At least one of ladies working at this location is rude. At first, I thought it was personal but then, with observation, I found she acted like a debt collector with almost every client. Maybe she is going through menopause or it is her bad days of the month? If so, I think she deserves a paid vacation or day off.

Was just there this morning around 8am, very busy but convenient on a Saturday, I'm too busy to go during the week so that is expected to be very busy on the weekend.The person that took my samples was very nice and did a good job.

Rude admin/secretary barely allowing us to finish the sentence about our visit. She was just rudely assuming what we were going to say.

Worst Life Lab I’ve been to. I had an appointment for 5:30 waited over 1 hour to be seen (mind you they close at 6:00pm). Only 1 person doing blood work and 1 receptionist .. both absolutely disorganized . Do not waste your time coming here unless you want to wait 1 hour or more for a booked appointment you had . Ridiculous.

Rude front desk lady. Always in a rush. If you're in a rush and not listening to your clients fully you're going to make mistakes. Stop being impatient and rude to those who aren't being rude to you to start with.

The customer service is very very bad the staff communications with clients very bad I went yesterday with daughter because of worest service I left and I going to different lab. I won't go anymore and I don't advise anyone to go there. Management have to fix it. I am very happy to talk to the management if they contact me

If I can give them a zero I lt would be better.First of all 2 ladies working there were very unwelcoming. They gave you a feeling that they literally hated their job. Second, when I walked in I was told to ware a mask, which is okay, but I didn’t have one so I asked if they can give me one and one of the girls at the front thought it was funny for some reason when I said I didn’t have a mask and was laughing with her coworker. This just instantly gave me a bad feeling for this place. Then when my turn came , I was refused to do my blood work because I didn’t have my health card on me. The front desk person, same one that laughed when I asked for a mask played dumb and said that there is no other way to verify your health card and that they need a physical copy. This was just unacceptable and simply dumb. She was just looking for a small excuse to refuse a patient. She did have my health card number on my requisition from my Dr andIN ONTARIO THERE IS OTHER WAYS AVAILABLE TO VERIFY THE HEALTH CARD without a physical card. Refusing a patient that needed blood work done was absolutely unacceptable. I will never go back to this place ever again. And I will suggest whoever sees my review to not give yourself a chance and just go somewhere else with better patient services.

Today, a lady dressed in all black, was the rudest person to my mother. She pretty much said go to another lab to do her exams instead of explaining the reasoning for why an exam that is posted on the Ontario page to be paid by OHIP is not covered. We urge to be contacted or we will go to another lab like Dynacare
