I had an amazing experience with Kyle and I would highly recommend his services.I have been training and learning about nutrition for years but I've never made serious progress or gains. I started to develop an adversarial relationship with food and training. For weeks, I would train way too hard while starving myself, followed by binge eating and days of not training. I would get depressed and angry with myself for not being consistent and ultimately not making progress.While working with Kyle, I finally learned and embraced a balanced, sustainable, and healthy approach to training and eating. I don't starve myself or over-train anymore. And finally after years of moving two steps forward and one step back, I am making the gains and progress I've been seeking.I feel equipped and prepared to make significant changes which are helping me to build muscle and burn body fat. Not only do I feel way more confident about my training but I am also far more gentle with myself if I need to take a day off or have a treat.This long awaited balance and harmonious relationship to training and eating is finally here and Kyle was a huge help in facilitating this part of my journey. This is my second time working with Kyle. He's fantastic. Yes, he gives good guidance and education on nutrition. But what's more fantastic is that he helps you build a sustainable (and enjoyable) lifestyle. Use me as an example. I travel a lot for work. Kyle has helped me strategize how to enjoy these trips while taking a good care of myself. In today's session, as an example, we talked about how to manage tacos, tortillas, and frequency of workout as I'm working out of Mexico for a while. Very helpful. Very relevant. Very enjoyable. I'd recommend Kyle to anyone.

I recently completed working with Kyle for about 2 months. I wanted to embark on a fairly aggressive body leaning and strength building program, and turned to Kyle for help. Kyle was fantastic to work with and really helped guide me through the process, giving me options to try and a great program for both nutrition and training to follow. I was quite pleasantly surprised at the body transformation that occurred in a relatively short time. Kyle kept me accountable while being really positive and encouraging throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Kyle to anyone looking to transform their nutrition and health.P.S. I'm also vegetarian and Kyle was very knowledgeable with giving me several great plant based recommendations and options for protein to help sustain the training I was doing.

I started working with Kyle after a year of working on my own. I'd lost 65 pounds and was trying to take my athleticism and body composition to the next level but was struggling to do so on my own. Kyle gave me a plan, kept me accountable and I reached my goals within 6 months. Looking back, I'm glad I met my goals but much more happy that I had the opportunity to work with Kyle and learn from him. He's an incredible teacher and coach, and with that first name, how can you go wrong? If you're actually serious about making a lifestyle change, Kyle is as good as it gets.

I have worked with Kyle for years and I am profoundly grateful for the impact on my life. I have always been involved in sport and athletic activities, but I developed some unhealthy eating patterns along the way. Kyle's has helped me find balanced ways of viewing nutrition, especially the importance of refuelling after intense exercise. He helped me understand healthy macro and micro nutrients better and the importance of a more balanced approach to food and nutrition.
