I used the app to book a covid test as a healthcare worker and the app kept updating various wait times from 6 to 10 minutes for an hour and then it canceled me out of the system. There was no one to speak to when i phoned -you just get told to book online. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND PARKING FEES!!

This is a one person show. Be prepared to wait. Been here an hour already with only one person in front of me. Tech was very nice once I got there.

Very unprofessional staff encounters on numerous occasions. Some are very rude, give dirty looks and one particular technician is always on her phone. You stand there and they don’t acknowledge you. The location was convenient for me, but now I go out of my way to get labs done elsewhere, because who wants to be treated like a piece of garbage?
