We have been dealing with this company for over 1.5 years to come pick up and reimburse us for carpet we were sold, that was the wrong colour. The owner even came to our house (almost a year ago) and agreed upon the issue and reimbursement...We are still waiting, through dodged phone calls and emails, as to when we will get our money back. Very disappointing for a young family and their first home experience. I would not recommend this company, ever.

I can't express how Happy I'm to find Innovative Flooring for our Townhouse Project Renovation .The whole project we're about Removing The existing Floors ,Preparation, and Installing the Top quality Tile with a High quality installation.John and his Team installer ,they are very Punctual and Promised to do a Best of the Best highly Job ,His attention to details is just remarkable.It was so much pleasure working with John Ulici the Owner and his Wonderful Flooring Company ,I would highly recommend Innovative Flloring to anyone without further Consideration. We just had our flooring done by innovative flooring and it was such an amazing experience. We worked with Paul who was super professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. There were a few surprises, thanks to our super old townhouse, and they handled them all so well and went above and beyond to fix all of our squeaky, uneven floors. The installers, Mike and Dominic were hands down the most knowledgeable and friendly flooring installers I’ve ever met. They worked tirelessly to finish the work and did such a beautiful job. My husband is super picky and even he is very happy with the job they did. I recommend this company to anyone needing their floors done. I’m so grateful to them. I love my new floors!!! Thank you Paul, Mike and Dominic!!!

Innovative flooring was recommended to us by our neighbours and we are so grateful they were. Their product and price beat out other quotes we received so that was an easy choice, but the most memorable aspect was the personable, relaxed and easy going conversation/customer service I received with Reggie our sales representative. Good customer service was above and beyond and we would definitely recommend this company.

Unfortunately I do not recommend. First installation was horrible and they admitted to it. Okay no problem. Then they finally did warranty on it after a year. Definitely better but now there are soft spots everywhere. Again not a big deal if they were to fix it but said that’s all they can do now. Now I have no choice but to pay out of pocket to have it done correctly from someone else. The flooring installation is apparently under 2 year warranty and they won’t fix the problem because of the cost it takes to fix properly which I am told from another floor installer that they didn’t do enough self levelling which can be expensive but 100% fixable. They should be making it right but will not. Extremely disappointing.

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I've had to deal with as a whole. Reggie is full of broken promises. You constantly have to chase him. When he finally gets your job booked, you take the necessary time off work to be home only for him to cancel on you last minute!!! When he gives you an alternate date/time, his crew dosent even show up and he has no idea how to contact them. In a nutshell, He probably never booked the job in the 1st place is my guess. Very dissapointing and totally unprofessional and a total disregard for others time and money. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND INNOVATIVE FLOORING TO ANYONE. Stay away from this place.

This has to be the worst flooring company in the area. They were totally unreliable in terms of their promises as to when they would install the flooring and, worse, they then installed it very poorly. Talk abut cowboy builders! What followed was endless (dozens of) calls to them to try and get them to fix their poor installation. The one thing these people are good at is dodging phone calls!Whatever you do and no matter what it might cost, find a more reputable flooring company.
