Water's Edge Plumbing

We needed to replace our kitchen tap. Bruce from Water's Edge Plumbing responded quickly and was at our home within the hour. Very knowledgeable, innovative, friendly to deal with and very reasonable pricing. We would highly recommend Water's Edge Plumbing based on our experience. They are very tidy too.

Do not recommend hiring this guy. We had to get the work he did entirely redone. Thought he was so professional until we immediately had a problem and no where to be found. By the time he did get back to us weeks later, we had already been forced to hire another plumber to fix the mess he made. His excuse...gone fishing! Really, for 6 weeks. No backup while he is gone? Don't think so.Our bad, we should have checked local references before we hired him and could have avoided a huge expense.Can't to a reply to the owners response so hear it is.We did not tag the wrong plumber. It was Water's Edge Plumbing and the plumber who did the work was called Bruce. It is not like there are multiple companies with the same name. I only commented because you did some work last year for my cousin and she also had poor results. We are not rich people and to be taken advantage of hurts the pocket.

Called because we could not remove the lower element of our hot water heater. I supplied the 2 elements and was stilled charged over three hundred dollars to install and the bottom of the tank was not cleaned out. Within the next several weeks... no more hot water, was told they did not look at electrical...??? So did the lower element burn out because of sediment, one will never know because they would not come out and look at it. I do not have deep pockets and this is a huge hit!!!! I have since replaced the thermostat and still nothing, and electric has been tested and there is power to the elements...??? Still no hot water.....thanks Water's Edge! ...I do acknowledge that they did fit me into their busy schedule..Now I have just received a call regarding this review, was told if it was still there in the morning I would not like what the response would be. I realize the bolt to remove the element was the worst they had ever seen...who cares.... I payed for the removal! I have had good service from every other tradesmen in the area and will continue to do so! I have never written a bad review before, So the threat of I will be lucky if I get any future service from tradespeople in the area" is moot!"

Bruce came over immediately and took care of our emergency. He was knowledgeable, professional, very personable and reasonably priced. I will be using him for all our plumbing needs.

Bruce installed our hot water tank, ejector and pressure pumps, toilets and showers when we moved here 5 years ago. Since then, he has been out a few times to help us with our ejector system and ejector pump. He has always been professional, does great work, on time and very affordable.
