I had a session with Amar and it was great. I have not done yoga before and was very apprehensive about it. Though, he was able to explain everything we were doing, the pros of each move and help me focus on my breathing, something I haven’t done before. His whole aura radiated positive vibes and calmness. Such an amazing introduction to yoga

Jasper is an incredible human. I've tried plenty of different Yoga teachers and Jasper is in a class of his own. He takes a truly authentic and wholistic approach to Yoga, in a way that I never knew was possible. My previous perspective was that Yoga was just about stretching, Jasper blew that out of the water. He incorporates breathe work, movement, emotion, sound and mindfulness into a seamless rejuvenating experience. His general presence is uplifting and amazing to be around. I highly recommend taking classes or private training with Jasper. Thank you Jasper!

We had a fantastic experience with Innergy Corporate Yoga. Planning the event was easy, the instructor was great, and the class was a perfect introduction to yoga for many of the members of our corporate team.

My organization partnered with Innergy Corporate Yoga this year to bring virtual yoga to our associates monthly. Our instructor, Patti, has been awesome. She is so considerate of everyone's needs and goals for their practice. We have also done a one off in person session with another instructor, Anu. He was excellent as well and set a great tone for our class beforehand. I would recommend this company for your corporate or personal needs.

I have worked with Innergy Corporate Yoga for over 2 years now, and they are nothing but supportive, helpful, creative, and most of all super nice! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to collaborate with a group of passionate and likeminded individuals. The biggest bonus as well, is how responsive they are to my inquiries and plan every step of the way when it comes to events that I need to coordinate.... and I can't thank them enough with all their help through the pandemic! Great company and exceptional individuals!

We absolutely love the experience our employees have been receiving through Innergy Yoga! This is offered to our staff members in a virtual setting several times per month, and really helps to offer a bit of relaxation and work/life balance. Impressed and highly recommend!

We have been enjoying our experience with Innergy Corporate Yoga. This was our first time (and my first time) running a yoga program at work any Lynn was extremely helpful getting the program up and running. I really appreciated having the flyers made up for us to distribute to employees as well as the survey sent out on our behalf as it saved me a lot of time. My role at work is not related to corporate events so anything to save time and speed up event planning was greatly appreciated.The classes have been fun so far and definitely suitable for beginners. I had never done any yoga before but I found it easy to pick up the poses and follow along virtually. I have heard only good feedback from the employees who did attend, and I hope we will have the budget to continue the program for a while as it is a great quality of life improvement to the normal work week.

I hired them for private sessions at our company. They were very responsive and professional when setting it up. We have done 3 classes so far. They paired us with a good teacher. He is always on time and has done a good job at customizing the experience for all despite obvious differences in experience and fitness among my coworkers.We have really enjoyed the experience. We purchased a 3 month program with a class once a week but are pretty confident we will be continuing once completed.

I love Innergy corporate yoga! We have 2 classes a week scheduled at our office with them and the staff raves about how great the staff and classes are! steph is an absolute delight her classes are informative and effective! Lynn is so sweet and has made bookings a breeze from any changes or questions I have she is always a pleasure to deal with !! I highly recommend!!
