I had a last-minute emergency and needed a Letter of Support witnessed and stamped yesterday. I was so grateful that Tad was able to accommodate me on the same day. Tad was so kind and very professional. He was very accommodating and worked very hard to get all my paperwork completed and ready for the purchase of my first home. He did it very efficiently especially because I was going out of town at the time. He was always easy to contact and he explained everything clearly. I was at Tad's office the past week to consult about preparing my first will. I could not believe how much knowledge he had, and he also shared with me all of the reasons why I definitely need a will. Even after taking a business law course, I did not know how important wills and other documents were, as a business owner. I sincerely thank Tad for sharing his knowledge, and I definitely will be back to get Tad to prepare my will. Oh, and his office is fully renovated! What a pleasant office to be sitting in.

If you're looking for someone to coordinate information needed (from buyer, seller, bank...) in a timely manner,, and then organize all the crazy paperwork that goes along with closing on the purchase of a property, I highly recommend Tadeusz. He's organized, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is patient, calm, and takes the time to ensure you understand what you are signing and why. He made the whole process stress-free for us, and then again when our son purchased his first condo. Absolute bonus that his office is in Poco!
