It's the only place I go to get anything I need for my crested and giant day gecko. I got repashy gecko food and the leaf litter for both my terrarium. They look so much better now

I have been ordering dry goods from Northern Gecko for a couple years now and they always ship it out quickly and well packed, have had no issues ever with any order I have placed.I also appreciate their fairly low free shipping threshold which is nice from a customer perspective. Excellent place to order reptile supplies from.

5 star all the way! These guys are super friendly and respectable when dealing with customers over the phone! I had placed an order on a Friday morning and it got shipped out that same day! Guaranteed delivery 1 business day after in Ontario, based on tracking details. Competitive prices on pet supplies and they even offered me a 15% discount on my first purchase. Way better than shopping from Big Al's which I've experienced long and slow order processing (took a week to ship my order out). I will continue to shop with Northern Gecko for all my future pet supplies.

My order was shipped quickly and it is a great place to buy Repashy fish food in Ontario. One of the repashy that I purchased had a short best before date and Jeremy resolve it by sending a replacement the next day. Great service from the team!

I don't normally write reviews but for these guys I had to,I bought a T5 UVB fixture online and when it didn't work upon arrival I contacted Mark and they sent out a new bulb the next day. I installed the new bulb and it still didn't work. They sent me out a whole new fixture and it worked so the original fixture was bad. There customer service and attention to fixing the issue was a 10 star. I would recommend them to anyone and there customer service is awesomeTom
