We're in a pandemic and a second wave of lockdowns, which means most people, including myself, are working from home. My mom had an appointment scheduled for a certain time (2pm) and all of a sudden I receive a call - SAME DAY- that I need to show up with her in an hour at 11 AM or 11:30 AM. Completely abrupt, but even more notable- how rude the staff was when they called. Totally unprofessional and inexcusable to not show an ounce of courtesy.

I take my 95 year old mum here. The wait is never less than 2 hours. Deplorable and uncaring service. Excuses are always the same..'we had emergencies.'
