We've all signed the contract, agreeing to bring a towel to be admitted into Econofitness. Being an environment prone to bacterial eclosions, it is a very fair request.However, promoting and nurturing a clean environment goes both ways. Us as clients have to do our part and the staff also has to do theirs. This specifically goes to management..you are responsible for this establishment and should lead by example. The lobby of this establishment has been getting worst as the winter progresses. The frequency and/or care of cleaning is clearly inadequate. As a client, i expect a clean environment..or at least an attempt at a clean environment. I certainly hope that those improvements will be done in 2023.

I catch my breath from the filth of the entrance, the homeless people close the entrance by taking dr*gs , smoking mar***ana and sleep inside, and the bathrooms smell bad, and this has been the case for months. I hope the administration takes action to solve this problem and pays more attention to cleanliness!

They keep increasing the prices and the quality of their service keeps decreasing. Look at the entry of the building and count how many machines are broken.

I go very early every week, since last winter the entrance hall is full of people taking dr*gs, sleeping, drinking alcohol. Buy today I found that the hall was like a bathroom. Very disgusting and disappointing. You can see in the images.

I have econo membership, I just wanna work on muscles and get out. This gym has all the equipment you need for muscles, many treadmills for the cardio people. Fairly spacious, the water is great, you always get a locker. I only say hello" and "goodbye" to the stuff

Worst installations I’ve ever seen in a gym, anywhere. I’ve seen street gyms on better conditions and the machines stay like that for months no one fix anything. I regret to had pay the membership.

Love that it's open 24/7. People that go there are very nice and considerate of others. Great atmosphere. Overall inside the gym is clean and most people still wipe the machines they use before and after, since covid.May get a bit crowded during normal hours but the place is very big and there are different areas and a lot of machines.Note that the entrance may get dirty and smelly overnight but that's not because of the staff but rather because the entrance stays open and random drunk or homeless people tend to come in to warm themselves.

What's the point of a 24hr gym when one cannot access it after 13h00? Every morning the gym is not accessible because of people smoking Crack in the entrance. I have watched the gym pay daily for a locksmith to come and fix the broken door because street people break in. Now clearly upgrading the door wasn't the solution, security or staff need to be present but I mean they also shouldn't have to deal with this problem it amazes me that the SPVM doesn't in some way intervene for the sake of businesses in the area or something this problem baffles me and I'm coming from Vancouver where the homeless are in greater numbers. The gym it's self is fine but it doesn't seem like the staff or management are really working for a solution.

Too crowded. They admit many more athletes than the academy can accommodate. Worse, they take advantage of their own bad faith to sell a more expensive space that in theory would be emptier. But it's not empty either. There is an absurd fine to terminate the contract. Anyway, everything thought to make money for the owners and harm the clientele.
