My experience with TriCity Orthodontics has been wonderful. All of the staff are pleasant and professional, appointments are on time, and the treatment plan is going well and according to the proposed timeline. Between myself and my children, I have been to a number of orthodontists, and Dr. Tjan and his team are in another league altogether. I highly recommend them!

I am so happy I chose TriCity Orthodontics! Initially I was nervous about getting braces on as an adult but I felt like Dr. Phan addressed my concerns really well and the staff are all so friendly, my experience has been amazing from start to end. It's such a bright environment, everyone there is always so happy and genuinely excited to see my progress. I love the TV on the ceiling helps calm my nerves especially during the appointment, the front desk staff always know my name when I walk through the door. They are super accommodating and flexible, would definitely recommend to anyone interested in ortho treatment.

The TriCity team is awesome. I went to 3 different orthodontist and decided to go with TriCity - I am thrilled I did! My treatment was smooth as they walk you through each step and accommodate you when you need to come in for an appointment no matter which location it is (they have 3 locations making it super convenient)! If your considering braces, it is never to late! TriCity is the place to do it!

I can only speak for my daughter. I have a 36 yr old daughter in age only her name is Dawn Kavanagh. She has always wanted to get braces but I could never find someone to accept her as a patient. Than one day TriCity Orthodontics was recommended to me. I brought her in for her first appointment and she was accepted as their new patient. She’s had her braces on now for approximately 1 1/2 yrs and she’s doing great. The staff their always makes her feel special and she’s loving her new smile everyday. Thank you TriCity Staff for being so wonderful with her and making her feel as special as I know she is.

I had a great experience with the whole team at both the Kitchener and Waterloo locations. They were always helpful and very accommodating with booking appointments and rescheduling. I had my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Phan and I’m glad I had him. He’s experienced, very good at what he does and super friendly. I highly recommend TriCity.

We could not be happier with our experience at TriCity orthodontist! Beginning with our initial consultation, we were very impressed with Dr. Phan and his team; knowledgeable, professionalism, timely and kind. They are easy to work with to schedule or even reschedule an appointment. Over the last year we have moved 1.5 hours out of the KW region, however, we continue to make the trek back because the whole experience from start to finish has been wonderful and Dr. Phan really knows what he is doing and wants to help host patient. To all the staff at all three locations, thank you for making this experience great!

Staff always seems disinterested. It's like an assembly line, just hurry you in and out. I've been waiting for nearly an hour in the lobby to get an update on my son's treatment plan. But ever since we signed the contract there has been little to no time to provide updates on his progress.There's no real medical value here. It's mainly all about cosmetics and getting you that perfect smile". If that's what you are looking for they're fine

When looking for an orthodontist, I went to two different places to have a comparison. Dr. Phan was recommended by my dentist and ended up being one I went ahead with. During consult, he explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, all the girls that work there are also very professional and helpful.All my appointments have gone smoothly and they will get back to you really quickly if there are any concerns. Highly recommend any of Dr. Phan's locations!

Braces went on easy and other than a little pain the first two days, as the teeth adjusted. It's been like they weren't even on. Friendly service upon arrival, two minute wait time, they let me know how long her appointment will be and so far everything has been on schedule. We are happy with our choice to come here. Easy to get to, easy parking . . .
