Trackside Station Family Restaurant & Sports Bar

It's nice to have a decent restaurant close to home. The food is so good and the service is great. Portion size is generous and everything I've ordered is not processed. Definitely a return customer here. If you haven't tried this restaurant, I suggest you do.

I am a trucker that passes threw Kamloops on a regular basis. I have eaten here once before and it was good food. This time however was awful! We ordered take out so we don't see the meal in the restaurant and we are usually rolling by the time we open everything. I ordered the fried chicken and asked, if possible, to have dark meat and ordered the 3rd piece. It cam with 2 pieces of white meat. We ordered grilled cheese with ham, there was no ham. I was very disappointed so I'm not too eager to go back there

Stop last night had a great meal. The lady serving us was very good at her job. I was nice to end the day with and great meal and a nice person. Will stop again.

Was just there for dinner before New year's Eve to end 2020 and the food was absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was so homie and welcoming! Loved the music choice while I was eating and it wasn't too loud and my food was amazing! My waitress was fantastic with great service and very friendly! Had the pork cutlet with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables and it was all so delicious as if I had made it at home. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good home cooked meal.

We were really hoping for a better experience based on all of the previous reviews.We decided on the Rueben and the Big Caboose Burger, both with onion rings.Both got to the table luke-warm despite us being on of only 3 tables at the time of our order.The Rueben was very lacking, with a mediocre amount of meat for the $15+ price tag, barely any Sauerkraut and mustard.The Big Caboose Burger was very dry, with the 2 patties lacking any real kind of flavor other than some salt on the outside of the patties. The burger appeared to only have mayonnaise on it. If it had some kind of burger sauce, it may as well have been invisible. The burger was $0.50 cheaper than the Rueben and more filling but also again, lacked flavor.The onion rings were clearly bagged/frozen, thin and crispy, with the typical frozen onion ring taste. Nothing to wow you.Service was...lack luster. Smiles and happy attitude was saved for a table with two older gentleman rather than ours which was given a slight cold shoulder.All in all, not worth the trip to the other side of town.

Cozy restaurant, waitress was kind, cheerful and conversational. Greeted and seated promptly. The fries are exceptionally delicious, and gravy as well. I had the clubhouse sandwich and it was perfect. Toast cooked perfectly.

I would highly recommend this restaurant great service and delicious food

We stopped here for lunch on our cross country road trip 2019, we really liked it. They offered a water bowl for our dog. The portions were great and the service was top notch. Yes we would go there again.

Tried and true home style cooking. Have tried a variety of dishes and everything has been awesome. Good portions, hearty, tasty food and great service. Take out and dine-in have been a great dining experience. Highly recommend!
