Pump has a tap to pay that reacts to my credit card but fails to transact. Had to troubleshoot with credit card company that it’s the pump that won’t fulfill and required chip card insert for MasterCard. To add insult to injury, the gas price increased 6 cents as I dealt with this issue.

Pre-payment on the pump but the pumps are not working. You can’t select car wash or amount. Cashiers don’t care. Time to upgrade your pumps and your employees

If you don't fond fluid to clean your windshield once, it could the employee forgot. When then never get filled to the point they get use as trash can you can tell the owner can't care less. And if the owner is willing to cut costs in shuch way. Where else is he cutting corners and we don't see it?Not a place to trust....

Diesel is prepaid while everything else is not, apparently thats the policy for Petro Canada... also tap at the pump doesn’t work staff doesnt care anout that just like they dont care to clean the station...

Rating is for car wash. I bought a Petro-Canada 5 washes card and now stuck with it. Other no contact car wash brands usually take approx 8-10 mins to do the job but the washing/drying was about 3-4 mins at this Petro-Canada. Part of the hood, bottom of doors and trunk are still dirty when I got out of there and they call super wash. Dryers worked about 10-15 seconds and do not dry anything.

Poor and rude customer service. Dont wash your car here. They dont care to help you if your car wash ticket has expired even though it was not used, when most other gas stations pleasantly offer to renew your expired/unused car wash ticket with no hassle.

Bad staff quite rude, walk in to pay for gas and some of the workers don’t even smile or welcome you. Lady worker with glasses has a major lack of manners- looks like she’s so miserable. Older man addresses you like a stranger on the street instead of a valued customer. Only go there for cheaper gas, I’d pay at the pump and avoid them if I didn’t need to swipe my petro card.

Both cashiers on training at the same time.SMART MANAGER let them get trained by wasting customer's time and money.I drove for 15 min to use my Petro points but they didn't know how to use petro points card.

I paid $18.00 for deluxe car wash . My car had spots on bumper and hood that were not removed after wash . I asked attendant to rewash or reimburse me . He refused . Please do not encourage Petro Canada car wash
