Repairman showed up on time and was very personable and professional. He had our furnace working again in under 10 minutes and explained what the problem was a dirty flame sensor. I would highly recommend Team Harding, they installed our Furnace and Air Conditioner and have provided excellent service since 2007.

This company installed a new air conditioner at my house and came over quickly and made sure I was satisfied, they called me the following day to make sure I understood everything and that my unit was working at full capacity.I highly recommend this company, great technician and service from front office to install crew. I bought a house from Minto in Arcadia, Kanata. I received a call from a friend who is living in Barhaven in the Minto area, warning me regarding the Furnace size. He hired an inspector to his new house, who discovered the Furnace was the smallest size and does not complement the big house. I warned my wife's parents who have purchased a new house from Phoenix Home, who also works with Harding. I called Minto Master care, and they contacted Harding, who changed the furnise the next day. As well as all the houses discovered.After a while, I hired HVAC tech to change the outside AC unit location from the backyard to the side of the house, who also discovered the pipes used were the smallest size compared to the head on the unit as seen in the attacthed picture below; as you can also see, the two pipes were clipped together.In conclusion, on August, I will receive my new house in Arcadia and I will be very cautious and percise hoping the two issues I mentioned above are not repeated.

We had Colin from Team Harding come to do a A/C & Furnace maintenance check & cleaning. He was on time & very polite & courteous. He explained all the procedures he was doing & had the work done in roughly an hour or so. No problems were found & told me in fact the units are in very good shape.

I changed the rate because the reaction from site office is extremely satisfy. I have no heat during the weekend and complained. I got a respond very quickly from their site office and find out the reason of no respond. Then a new appoint was scheduled right way! Also a report has been filed towards this issue and I believe communication will be taken to improve future services. I really like this manner! Thank you.//I have no heat on the coldest day this winter. I called for service at 10:28am, and the office lady said someone will reach me ASAP. I called at 17:26pm again because NO ONE called me the whole day. And I was told there is a long list so THEY DON'T CARE! I HAVE TO WAIT! And this is a same problem happened second time in two years. Do not recommend.

Middle of a heat wave where air conditioners are failing and they have one person fielding the calls, not impressed with the timeliness of the service.They call me back and tell me it is three weeks wait before I get serviced. I googled air conditioning technicians. I have somebody coming in this evening.

I purchased a new home that Harding mechanical install the full system, the first week I took possession an advisor came over to explain the system in details, I have never had 1 issue with this equipment and installation. In the past 5 years, I have hired Harding mehcanial for my annual maintenance and filter replacement, I just pick up the phone and talk to a live person and get quick answer. I have never met an HVAC company that operates this way, very efficient. Thank you for the amazing service and I will keep on referring family and friends to your company.

We experienced some issues with our Furnace installation and AC unit. Harding's customer service team pay attention to our claims and tried their best to resolve these issues eventually. Keep up the good work! Recommended!

I had an extremely positive experience with Team Harding from beginning to end. I had them install a Sterling Model GG 45,000 BTU Natural Gas Garage Heater with a Nest Learning Thermostat in my double garage (Man-Cave).The sales rep, Brian was professional, friendly, he wasn’t pushy at all and he came under budget. Kirsten constantly kept me up to date on the installer’s scheduling and was a true professional. The installers came on time, did a tremendous job with the installation and they even cleaned up afterwards. Absolute Rock Stars!Again, thank you so very much to everyone that worked on this project for me.I highly recommend using Team Harding for your home projects.

Our new home build included a furnace and HVAC unit installed by Harding and so we thought to continue with this company for maintenance services. While we have no issue with the work done by technicians, on more than one occasion, they never showed up within the scheduled 4 hour time frame specified. Last month, we scheduled a call for the repair of our HVAC unit. A day before the scheduled call, a Harding representative called us to ask if we would not mind rescheduling our call a day later (as their technician would be on our street servicing a neighbour’s furnace and could do our HVAC repair while in the neighbourhood). Of course, we obliged. We obliged and he never showed up! After calling Harding to find out where the technician was, we were informed that he had already left the neighbourhood and that we were out of luck. This representative apologized and promised that she would reschedule on a day and at a time of our choosing. So we rescheduled on a day and at a time of our choosing. Guess what? On the morning they promised to be at our house, they called to say they would be late. It was at this time that we decided to find a another service provider that is reliable. Will never do business with this company ever again.
