Very poor snow removal service for the amount of money we pay. They obviously have overbooked on their ability to deliver quality, professional and timely snow removal services. Very unprofessional response to my inquiry as to the ETA of the plow. Not impressed in the least.I do not recommend this company for any residential snow removal, not sure about their quality or timely service to other customers but it has been a negative experience this season.

Season contract signed, 2nd year dealing with this business now, last year had its issues, this year far worse. 1st time out in weeks, it snows more then a foot and they are completely caught off guard again, broken equipment, shovel crew not showing up to their job, 1 excuse after the other. That's their winter job, clean snow, when it snows you clean the snow. Not these guys. Don't waste your money, not worth the stress. Left my parents yard a mess again for most of the day with no way to get in or out of their home. Once again I have to shovel when they get paid for it. Brutal business, set phones to auto answer whenever it snows out to say they are running behind so they dont have to provide a good service or half a job if they show at all. They need to change their name to Three Seasons and forget about winter

Owner gave estimate, then later didn't want to cut the grass...said he didn't have equipment to cut the grass..made some cockamamie excuse about ruining his blades and didn't have the ability to cut my grass!! He had come to the property, knew the property, knew what was entailed. Very unprofessional.
