Cleanliness of Tim places might be much better, and staff multiple times just don’t care about you. Like what I’m want to say, you need a managers who can handle this properly. I don’t want go to Tim just about this attitude, because it’s just a waste of time when you must complain about wrong order.

This Tim Horton’s needs some improvements. There was 7 people working in drive-thru with 2 cars and 1 person working the front with 4 groups waiting. The Tim Bits all over-cooked or falling apart and they look even less appetizing with flies crawling on them. I added a zoomed in picture of the fly enjoying the poorly made donuts.

The quality and attention to detail in this and many other tim Hortons franchises has gone from good with the occasional error to error full and occasionally good. Don't deviate from anything other than status quo because chances are you will pay for it and NOT get it.

Very bad food service I ordered steap tea but it's not hot &warm they give me two time expired steap tea then I called the Manger she told me I cannot do anything they did not refund my money. Very misbehavior staff employees.

Went in, had to wait longer in store than in the drive thru as usual. Ordered dark roast but got regular. As usual, no pleasantries at Tim's anymore, no please...no thankyous...no please come again.

I used to vouch to people for this Tim's, it's better than the one by Kingsbury, and it has a drive thru. That's all I can say now, the service went way down, the person in the drive thru can barley communicate in English, and even here now you have to stir your coffee after, and a DD taste like a regular at best. Hire some other ethnicity Tim's, zero diversity over there.

Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking. Highly recommend it for a quick and satisfying breakfast or coffee break.

We picked up six donuts today, when we brought I home, one of the donuts had a bite taken out of it
