Great gym for a small town. Missing a few pieces of equipment like a regular squat rack and some other body building style equipment but overall a a good gym and good atmosphere to workout.

Well equipped small exercise room. Clean and pleasant. Could use an elliptical cross- trainer machine. Change and shower room is basic. Bring your own lock.

An alright little gym. Doesn't have everything, but they've made some improvements over the years. They're still closed on sundays which is annoying.
