Berkey Water Filter Canada

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my BERKEY water.ca Product from this distributor. The product arrived fast and in great condition. I personally purchased is still is it's prime state and still looking brand new after 3 years. Yes 3 whole years. I personally live in Canada where the water does not need much filtering to begin with, which just means more use out of my Black Berkey Filters and my wallet rest easy. Thank you for Delivering on your service of excellence. I have a family of 5 and 2 cats and the Royal Berkey only requires a refill every 3 days.

Expect to see this in 3 years and an answer that it is not under warranty and it can be purchased again.It's cheap stainless steel they use for chambers, so you'll have to buy again and again. It's called stainless steel, so it must not stain. It's meant to be in constant contact with water without staining.That makes me ask myself if the filters are as good as advertised? It can only be checked in a lab. I don't trust this company anymore.

Despite using best cleaning practices, rate of flow from 2 elements is very slow and way below manufacture indicated rate. We live in BC with good water quality and use city water. Experienced poor customer service in return and lack of understanding, claiming this is normal that filter must be cleaning every week. Does not work for a family of four, not even able to fill up water bottles for kids in the morning.

Product is great but you can get it from many other suppliers that actually care about their consumers. Highly recommend shopping around and getting from anyone but this company

If I could rate them higher then 5 stars i would! This is because they not only had great customer service and great products, they were truly sincere about serving me to their utmost ability, to make sure I was pleased and happy with their products. I won't discuss it all here, but they went OUT of their way to help me out with some shipping issues, that it no way they needed to do, or profit from. I am grateful for them. They are genuine people... and so I highly recommend anyone interested in water filters, that Berkey Water Filter Canada is amazing!

I did a lot of research before than making the final decision with Berky. I am really happy that I did do extensive research on what kind of water filter I was looking for and what was the most sustainable option that can work with values and my partner's values. Absolutely love the fact they're customer service is loyal and friendly. I can't rave enough because they also happen to be a Canadian company. I am so glad I was able to choose Berky. It definitely is an investment but personally I think it is worth it, in the long road. I've purchased the 3rd smallest travel size and I think it's perfect for two people. I dont mind continuing to keep this size because it's not too big nor too small to travel on the road with. I didn't enjoy preping the filteration process to be honest, but what can you do. I was able to find videos of hints and tricks. Although my suggestion would be to have one video that can cover the entire prep filteration with all the tips and tricks so it's a smoother process for the client. Less digging around the internet for MORE information and for MORE tips and tricks.
