Professional and honest. I called many exterminators to get a quote for exterminating mice. When I called Exterminator JM, the owner Jacques spent the time making me understand my problem and the solution. He convinced me that he had the experience and not just a new guy in the business (like others I spoke too). Then he quoted me a fair price compared to his competitors. I decided to give it a shot. The work was estimated to be done in 45 minutes. The technician came and worked for well over an hour. I have a large house and every area was inspected and exterminated (via safe for human product) thoroughly. The results were good. I didn't see any traces of mice. A month later, we heard a mouse under the dishwasher. I called the company and again, received the professional support. You cant exterminate in a day - it does take some time. This latter point shows the level of professionalism in this business and proves they honor their warranty. I definitely recommend this company.This is a follow-up to my 1st post I did late last year. Everyone in this business says they guarantee their work with a 2nd visit. But try an book a 2nd appointment. You will hear a bunch of excuses, wait forever or sometimes just give up. This was not the case here. This company definitely honors their guarantee.I spotted another mouse. I called on a Wednesday the company morning and explained to the own Jacques the situation. He didn't hesitate and to me his technician would provide the treatment in a day or 2.. The technician called me Wednesday afternoon to confirm for the next day. By Thursday afternoon, the job was done. By the way, the technician was very polite and even took off his shoes (not required on a dry day in May).Incase your wondering why the mice reappeared, I am aware that my neighbor had this problem. When I see her, i will recommend that she follows what i did with the same treatment, service and company. Thank you Jacques and the technicians who performed the treatment.

I needed service ... their website gave me the impression they knew what they were doing.... they came twice ... charged me a fee after the first service.... came again and still the problem was there.Told me it has to do with a rotten roof and after further inspection had nothing to do with that.... the issue was getting worst they wanted to charge another fee to come... this is all in a span of 60 days after the first serviceSpent another 700$ with another company to get my issues solved.Would not recommend.

I cannot thank Jacques enough for all of his help which he gave freely and without any expectation of reimbursement. When I had a problem he spent literally over an hour-and-a-half counselling me about the right course of action. He felt a colleague would be better suited and took the time to recommend exactly who would be the best fit. He actually turned away the job but spent all the time in the world to reassure and advise me. It is rare that you meet someone sop scrupulously honest and so passionate about their service to their fellow human beings. Jacques is an amazing person who I would trust with any job and be lucky to have him on my team. He is simply an extraordinary person.

Let me share my experience. First I detected I had a mouse infestation and did like a lot of people I went to the hardware store and bought what rodenticide is available to you and me. I gave it three weeks and discovered my problem just got worse. The rodenticide available in the local store is not strong and mice are genetically tolerant to it (look up fist generation anticoagulants on the internet and you will see). This rodenticide was just like candy to them. The mice would eat everything I gave them and the only result I saw was a problem that got worse. At this point I thought I had a mouse infestation that was out of control. The mice were making so much noise in my attic I could only sleep with music on. Finally I decided to look for an exterminator. After making several calls to different companies I found the price range to be quite large. The exterminators charging the higher price I found are adding many things you don’t need. L’Ex-Terminator JM was the only one I called that gave me the best price and did not try to sell me services I don’t need. I was able to reach Jack (the owner) the day after New Years and had a technician at my house the next day. The house was treated with rodenticide everywhere mice like to go, and more. Within two weeks of treatment I no longer heard any more noise in the attic. The rodenticide that L’Ex-Terminator JM uses works and gets quick results. Now I have my house back! I couldn’t be happier to have chosen L’Ex-Terminator JM for both the price and the service. I will definitely call them again should I need the service of an exterminator.
