If they have it in stock, fantastic. If they do not, they will charge you for it and may or may not fulfill the order. I have had a part on backorder for a year and have inquired many times on when it will be available. There is never a clear answer on when it will arrive. This happened with a second part as well.

I visited Amre Supply today looking for a furnace filter and a humidifier vapor pad. Sales agent Phil Kostyra was fast, friendly and helpful in getting me the correct items. He even measured the vapor pad to make sure it was the proper replacement. I shall return!

Ordered and paid for a 14000 btu portable air conditioner on May 11 2023 finally arrive BUT it's a 13000 btu what a joke I had waited for three weeks for this and I don't want to wait for another three weeks for the AC unit. The two unit is $200 different in price. Your shipping is slow as hell. thanks Amre Supply for being your 30+ years customer.

Looking for a handle for an old fridge, the 2 gentlemen knew the exact model and brand by just looking at it and had it stock! Very friendly and helpful!

Amre Supply is AWESOME! The service is friendly and professional, and they sure know their stuff! I needed a bellow clamp for our Whirlpool washer and looked up the replacement part number on the internet. When I got home and tried to install it, I found out that what I bought was wrong: it was too large. I got the wrong information from my internet search :( When I returned to Amre Supply, they looked up the correct part based on the washer's model number, and did a quick and hassle free exchange. I felt stupid for buying the wrong part but Amre Supply was super helpful and made me feel better. I would definitely go back if I needed more parts, and would definitely recommend Amre Supply.

Needed a part for my Frigidaire stove. Shopped around and they had the lowest price anywhere. Went to go pick it up and the service was unreal. Staff found it promptly and took it out of the box and made sure it was right! Very happy would use them again!

Great parts store. Went looking for a hard to find part on an old fill valve and they were very helpful. Didn't end up finding the part but they were able to recommend a substitute. It's rare to find someone with knowledge and a caring attitude these days. A hidden gem.

Terrible service Order two parts that both showed in stock. Received two shipping emails. When I called to inquire why tracking number didn’t work was told the part was on back order for 4 months, their website was wrong. Now I’m supposed to pay to $15.99 to shop back a part I have no useDon’t use them if you can find the part anywhere else. Their customer service is extremely poor This is online experience not the London branch
