If I could rate them lower than a one star, I would. Horrible customer service, extremely unprofessional, and all Jag cares about is money! DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS, there are other photographers that actually deserve your money. Very disappointed, did not expect this from Jag.
