Possibly the best Medical Center. Difficult to reach the reception, but Dr. McGill is wonderful. He is so patient, listens well and the suggests the suitable course of action

Dr. Mcgill is a wonderful doctor to get as a family doctor. he is so humble and thoroughly listens to the problem with a beautiful smile on his face. we have a very good experience with him.

Will start by saying my doctor and the nurse we met over the years are both good. Reason for the bad review is the office administration staff. Constantly putting appointments far out, calling wrong numbers, not taking things urgently when they should. We have to constantly follow up on results and not get updates. When the Doctor themselves call back right away should some referral not get booked as soon as it should, administration staff doesn't seem to care or take it seriously.

I am so grateful to have found this clinic and Dr. McGill. He is an incredibly compassionate and approachable doctor that always listens to my needs and concerns. He is on time, quick to follow up, supportive and knowledgeable. The clinic staff are kind and we’ve never had to wait long.

Love Dr Jolley. Very helpful, always thinking outside of the box for solutions. Very fast with follows ups. Great communications re email, prescription & requisitions.

Dr. McGill is a great family doctor! I was able to get in as a new patient with him shortly after moving into Guelph. He is always on time with appointments and takes his time to explain things I don’t understand or clarify any concerns I have. He doesn’t brush off patient concerns and looks into everything. I am so very thankful I found a great family doctor! :)

Dr Beth Jolley is an amazing family doctor. She is a good listener, pays full attention, gives her time and doesn't seem to be in a rush. She is on time for her appointments and is amazing with little kids. She went above and beyond to make my 3 year old comfortable.

Absolutely frustrating trying to call the front desk to book an appointment. The fact that you do not have enough phone lines to place people on hold is just beyond my comprehension. Always getting “sorry the customer you have dialed is currently unavailable”, not option for a call back or to even leave a message.I have zero issue with the family doctors. They are wonderful and always hear you about concerns.

We have been with Dr. McGill for almost 6 months now and had a few appointments. I couldn’t be any happier! I feel so lucky that my family got in here with him. The reception team is friendly and organized. Dr. McGill has always been on time and is a great communicator.

Administration is incompetent. Front office said appointment was booked in 4 weeks time. However, when the date came no appointment was actually scheduled. I was expected to accommodate their mistake and wait another 3-4 weeks. This would be over a 2 month wait for a simple appointment. This would be the third time the front office failed to schedule an appointment for me. They do not know how to manage patient intake or their own schedules.The doctors themselves are great, once they are actually available to see you. But availability is scarce. They are continuously overbooked.When I seek after hour clinic services because of their lack of availability I am met with hostility.Practices are financially penalized when patients seek medical assistance elsewhere. This practice in particular cares more about the financial penalty than the patients care and well being as they would rather you wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment instead of allowing you to see an after hour clinic when it’s necessary.
