Food was cooked properly.Ribs had very little meat.Famous swiss chalet sauce was watery and without flavour.Service was present but unaware. I had ribs and chicken and supplies with only 1 napkin rolled on my cutlery.The finger bowl had a teaspoon of water as it had only enough lemon to know what it was

We had a great experience at Swiss chalet today, our food was hot and delicious. Our waitress, Mary went over and above to take care of us! Definitely recommend this location.

My first time at the new location and the atmosphere was absolutely awesome our server Mary was fantastic very polite and accommodating. The robot Bella is absolutely adorable and she purrs when you rub her head she likes it, great location. I highly recommend and thank you to everyone who helped us out with our meals this was a very enjoyable evening.

Definitely fantastic first experience at Swiss Chalet!!! My friend strongly recommended this brand for me but I never tried. Finally we got a chance to stop by today and I loved their very healthy, soft chicken, with special sauce. Loved the great atmosphere of the restaurant and the super cool robot assistant!!! Will come back again for sure!!!

Just spent $50 on a chicken sandwich that you could not see the chicken from underneath the bun, looked like a chicken nugget and a half on a bun. The chicken wrap was all chicken and nothing else. The lettuce was minimal and wilted. There were no tomatoes on it. No bacon on it just a dry white tortilla. Absolutely 100% not worth the money we paid for it and I used half a gift card to pay for it. Disappointing.**Have to upgrade review based on chat with Vanessa at Rymal location. She was generous and credited our order**Think we will save it and use the diningroom for a better experience. Good customer service Ms. Vanessa.

Decent food and sorta fresh close to closing time for the takeout counter. My chicken was dry and my spring rolls were burnt- not impressed, especially for the price I paid. Also, did not like that they served delivery drivers first and I had to wait 10-15 mins for my food when I had a scheduled pick up time. The teenagers working were also swearing and blaring their own music over the restaurants music.

Mary at this Swiss Chalet location was OUTSTANDING. She attended to our very large party (25 people!!!) for my grandmothers 90th birthday. She was helpful, attentive, good natured and such a lovely person to be around. We are so very thankful for her amazing service tonight!! Thank you Mary for being wonderful & Swiss Chalet for being delicious!! You made a very special memory for my grandmother.
