Hyundai West Island

Called them for a week, no answer. Finally reached them last Thursday and left them a message for the service department. Today, Tuesday, received a call from a lady to detail the call. Couldn't wait for me for 30 sec ( I was in a noisy place), and hang up . Very nice done, customer service 0. Call me back again to discuss, if not , the review will stay as it is. Find my number though the numerous calls missed last week.Update: I finally got an appointment. The car was fixed fast and professional. Five stars for the garage and the management, Vlad Teodorescu, are very knowledgeable

I bought a car from these guys end of December. The sales person eder knew very well that I am coming from Ontario and claimed he will ensure I can register the car. So intially before buying the car I found that the vents don't work. It was a condition of the sale to fix and he didn't fix. But worst is that I couldn't register the car in Ontario because They can give me the blue registration slip from quebec that proves that I am the owner. Therefore ended up getting 3 tickets basically because they were late in sending me the registration.Other than that 2 other critical issues was that I found that my clutch was extremely hard and it made my car bounce a lot. So Eder Had previously mentioned that this car is in great condition there's nothing wrong with it. And I did take him out of his word. Also for some reason the child block in the back for the back doors seems to be permanently. And my phone right suspension has an issue with it.One of the worst things that happened was that the manager of the sales department or the entire use sales card department basically insulted me and basically didn't want to fix the issue with the registration.

2nd time I buy a car from this dealership and I am very happy with the service and attention to detail. Emin is a fantastic sales rep!

This is the best place in montreal to buy cars , as in brampton. I would to recommend this place to All Indians to buy any car from here. My dealer was Eder kacabani . He is only one who can help Indian students to get cars.
