Always had great experience working with Acrylic Depot. They are prompt and the cost of the items are way cheaper than at the big box stores.

Shady, petentially criminal practice. I dont recommend using this company for anything, my experience with them was a major disappointment.First of all when I saw them in person they gave me a price for material costs only and asked for a design, weeks after upon giving them said design the material costs magically doubledSo the same pieces of acrylic untouched had now doubled in price for no reason.From the moment I contacted them to the moment I gave up on them they gave the impression that they werent taking me seriously or that they simply didnt want my business. There was always an excuse ready as to why they couldnt do what I needed from them and always some random reason for price hikes.In the end I used one of toronto’s hundreds of other acrylic companies and paid half the price that these quacks initially charged me before hiking up their costs.Shameful business.

2 words: Buyer Beware.If you're looking for unprofessionalism, Arun is your guy. I don't care how long you've been in business for. I know companies that have been in business for mere months, and have better customer service than you.I placed an order for over $300, for MATTE/SATIN acrylic. I asked questions over the phone and email (recommend email so you have receipts of the conversation like I do). I asked for him to confirm the finish of the acrylic would be matte/satin and NOT glossy. He confirmed.I drove all the way to Etobicoke a week later (because they don't offer shipping?...)They loaded my order in the trunk. I got out to check it before I left. 20 sheets of glossy acrylic. I called the lady and asked her to come back out, as this wasn't the acrylic I had ordered.The lady couldn't understand the difference between matte and glossy, so another guy came over. He too, looked at me as if I had 3 heads. Oh so you wanted clear?" NO. Not once have a mentioned the word clear.. these terms should not be foreign to any of you

Well designed, quality products at reasonable prices that last. Great turn around times, friendly service, a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Acrylic Depot !

Good product, but poor attention to detail and quality control. Item was to be cut to 24.75-inch (as shown on sales order), but got home to discover it was 24-inch. Called to say hey you messed up" and see what they would offer. It amounted to; "thanks for your feedback".I traveled from Barrie area. Given the distance
