Do you want to be treated like a homeless loitering there, when you actually pay your money for an order? Go to this location. You will get the full experience of rudeness and terrible customer service. Never coming back to this location or any Tim Hortons location. What a joke of a place. I just needed up paying for a bagel and just left. I lost my appetite for the entire week after the attitude I received.

Used drive thru around 4PM...long line up of cars...waited in line for more than 15 minutes...when I arrived at the ordering station, no one was there to take order.after a minute or 2 someone took the order but I had to repeat twice. I also did not notice the order display. Again at the delivery counter, we had to remind for the straw for the iced coffee.Not worth going thru drive-in and staff are distracted (not sure it is because of evening rush) and lack customer service attitude. Have seen better THs elsewhere.

Went to grab dinner from my alltime favorite restaurant and got amazing service staff was very polite and very hospitable and the food was just made fresh donuts tasted very fresh and coffee which is the most important part tasted very good gonna have a great night that coffee was tasty

I was going through drive thru at approximately 9:15am on Jan 30th. My when I got to window she asked me if it was debit or credit. I accidentally said debit because that is normally what I do. I recently just downloaded app o phone and I wanted to use it. She gasp an every large sigh and very clearly rolled her eyes at me. This made me feel terrible. My coworker also commented on how unprofessional that was. This is not the first time I have experienced bad service from this location however it was the first time I felt the need to leave a bad review. I spend a lot of my hard earned money at Tim Hortons and this service is definitely unacceptable. Must be a terrible place to work because the employees look miserable.

Forgot buns on my chili soup and made me a double double instead of triple triple I've ordered and forgot extra butter for buns on my soup order (another day).I assumed its because this place gets very busy around business hours

We are 5 people ordered 5 bowl and they said they have quantity for 2 bowl and they gave us 5 bowl with really very much low quantity... They must have made 5 bowls from 2 bowl...When we asked manager, he told in attitude that we are busy and next time call ahead...

Coffee was PHENOMENAL but cashier wouldn't give me my dime back in change. Sorry, not professional. It's not the dime, it's the principle.

I notice this Tim Horton Staff was really rude because i saw he was serving expired coffee and when i said can I get fresh coffee he start talking with other employees. As I said regular coffee stay fresh for 20min and he said it stay fresh one hour , I don’t think so
