My experience using Lancaster Self Storage was great! Joel was incredibly helpful in helping me secure a unit, take care of the paperwork, and treated me like a human being in all our interactions. They were also much less expensive than their competitors. Without a doubt, I highly recommend them to everyone.

Great experience. Repeating much of what Shawn and Sarah said below. Joel made everything very easy. We also remarked at how clean and organized the office was, all thanks to Joel's wife! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to my family and friends especially for the price/value!

I cannot recommend Lancaster Self Storage enough! I dealt with both Sarah and Joel, and they were very helpful and understanding in trying to find what I needed. It’s really hard these days to find a storage unit with full transparency. Great rate and amazing customer service!!

We have had a very pleasant experience storing our belongings over the past 2 years. Today I moved out and Joel made it very easy! He noticed my pregnancy and said he would sweep and stack the crates for me. And even refunded us for this month (since we were already charged) with it being the first of the month. I feel very thankful!

Store items here for almost two years. The gentleman in the office is awesome. He went out of his way several times to help me out. Great place to store items.

Great place. Great value. First time my friends and I rented out a storage unit and Manager Joel made the whole process straightforward and easy. My thanks to him for joking around and being such a friendly guy. I would definitely recommend, especially for any university students looking for summer storage.

I rented a 5’ x 10’ storage unit at Lancaster Self Storage for about 8 months when I moved back to the area unexpectedly and I can’t say enough great things about my experience!The unit was well lit/safe clean and fairly priced.Joel is accommodating, communicative and kind. A great well-run local business that I would recommend anyone support!

Great Place and very reasonable prices. This was the first time renting a storage unit and I must say Sarah, who made all the arrangements, was wonderful. It became very busy while we were there and she handled everyone's concern in a patient, courteous and professional manner. I highly recommend Lancaster Self Storage and kudos to Sarah who made the process very easy.
