i have visited Colour Shack Hair Lounge every 6-8 weeks since they opened. Both Cara and Brook are exceptional. Customer service is excellent, and they are both very good at their craft. They listen to their guests, make suggestions, and keep the integrity of each persons hair. Very satisfied.

First visit for cut and colour this week. And not anyone can cut my long frizzy mass of curls, let alone after my 1/2 year of neglect prior to this visit. But Brooke did a great job and provided a memorable customer service experience while she was at it. Thank you! I will definitely be back.
