The products are nice …… if you ever receive them… our remaining order was to be delivered May 5th 2023… after several calls to customer service and being told we will receive a call back with answers in 24/48 hours (not once did they call back) the order has still not been delivered. We have now been told the order is a lost cause and they will reorder.. it’s now been 1month since the original delivery date.. and guess what?? they gave have nothing available in Canada so they can order from the US… fine by me… I was originally told 4 week for delivery which I am not happy about at all but my hands are tied I have no other options….. now I have been told that 4week time line has been pushed to 8 or more weeks!! Can you believe it!! By far the worst customer service I have ever received and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!

I wasn't happy with the Granite that I received, but customer service representative was amazing and made it RIGHT to my satisfaction!! This is truly a great company to deal with. They really do care about customer satisfaction!! Rare everywhere else these days, so thank you again for your kindness and willingness to resolve the issues I had with the Granite.

From the time I started working with Gavin, the process was awesome, and easy! Supplied the measurements, he did the design, and he confirmed the grill I was buying was compatible. Set up was easy as pie and looks great we love it. Just hope the Florida sun doesn't effect it too much...

worked with the designer multiple revisions, did a virtual tour of the cabinetry and grills. Their quality product and non-pushy attitude was a breath of fresh air. Top notch - would highly recommend.

Just completed a quite comprehensive outdoor kitchen of ALL New Age products and am very happy how it turned out. Everything went together fairly easily and I am impressed with the overall quality of everything. A bit of a learning curve w/the Kamado grill due to the removable ash collector and I am still figuring it out but it does seem to cook very well. The gas grill is rock solid and works like a charm. All of the cabinets are very sturdy too and we love the design. The best surprise was the kitchen sink, very well designed and works beautifully.Pro Tip:Take advantage of the New Age design services. It's free and they do a nice job of helping you visualize what you're getting.

Great buying experience. Products came quickly and well packaged. Setup was easy and they function perfectly. I would buy more if i had a 6 car garage! Cant wait to see their new showroom.

We were impressed by the location in North York and placed an order on the spot that day (March 25). We were excited for our garage products to arrive and were told within 2 weeks we should receive everything since they have stock. We even have the email confirmation stating and estimated delivery time of April 5-11.Well it’s over a month later and still don’t have our order. We have contacted customer service three times now and that’s a joke- first rep would never answer our questions as to when we could expected our order other than after April 15 as apparently there is some back order items But after April 15 could mean any day between then and the end of the year! So when I asked for a more really time line he just gave the same generic response. Still left us with no answers.When we contacted customer service for the second time we were told that the items should arrive by April 15 to the warehouse and from there we should get a call to set up delivery. When we contacted customer service for the third time (April 25) we were told that only 1 of the 2 items were back ordered and expected time for warehouse arrival is August 31 at the earliest and They wouldn’t ship part of the order. After all that we decided to cancel since waiting 5 months for something we were told was in stock.So make sure you get a realistic timeline if you order from them!

Horrible experience! I called to see if I could pick up an order rather than have it delivered. They were willing to help with that however insisted that I order through her, so she could get the commission, I was pressured into making the purchase while I was on the phone with her, later that evening I noticed that they had not bundled my counter top purchase which I would have got if I ordered online (over $400) when I asked for the price to be honoured I was told that they could not honour it. CROOKS

DO NOT have NewAge perform your cabinet installation. They outsource this work to local contractors who are certified". They sent ONE installer to install these heavy large cabinets! I ended up taking a day off of work to help the installer as he was struggling and was either going to damage the cabinets and my garage or hurt himself! The local contractor cut corners to gain profit. I worked with the NewAge installation team for over 3 weeks trying to resolve this. They fought with me over this and ended up refunding me a 1/4 of the installation costs. VERY DISATISFIED! Additionally

I ordered the 12 Piece NewAge Proseries garage cabinets seen below. I ordered online through Sears without ever seeing them in person. They arrived on time. With some assistance from a friend we unpacked them and hung them all on the wall. They have exceeded my expectation in both quality and design. They all arrive blemish and defect free with all components needed for a smooth install. My only recommendation is carve out enough time to take your time and do it right, if that means working on it in small amounts of time over the span of a few days then so be it. Especially if you take the approach I did and hang them all up off the floor! Very happy with these! Love the soft close doors and versatility of the lockers and drawers.
