Beware if you buy new tires from the Arnprior location they charge a seasonal change over charge which is $128 plus tax. Which totals $144!!!Other stores charge balancing $16 a tire totalling around $73 with tax. That's almost $70 more! You are better off taking the tires to your local mechanic or another CT store to have them put on! CT are independently owned and can up the rates, but doubling the rates compared to other locations is ridiculous! Never again lesson learned!

Some folks go further than the extra mile, and Pat, the Manager of the Auto section certainly did that for us.My wife and I were driving from Nova Scotia to Alberta.We got as far as Arnprior only to find the car had a problem.I was waiting at 07:30 as the technicians were arriving for work, when Pat heard of our plight he put one of his guys onto the job straight away, we were back on the road again within the hour.We can't thank Pat enough for helping us out, we were already stressed out, the last thing we needed was car trouble.We won't forget how the guys at CanTire, Arnprior helped us out,it's folks like Pat, ready to step up when help is needed, that makes Canada the best country on the planet.Thanks guys...Bob.

Fantastic customer service each time I go! I am thankful for such caring staff. Excellent, gentlemen I had the pleasure of interacting with, really went above and beyond to help with my questions and looking for stock that was in the back. Keep up the great work! I see you Sir and your hard work was appreciated! I value true customer support these days! Will be back just for this reason.

I've been to this location a few times recently, and all visits I found what I was looking for and have had multiple staff members help me to do so if required.Interactions with staff have been great, and the store is always clean and well organized.

I was in the Canadian Tire in Arnprior twice this week, both times I had amazing customer service from a young man named Zach. He went above and beyond to provide me with the best service possible! I was thoroughly impressed!! Thank you Zach, I would definitely recommend you come see him and the staff at Canadian Tire Arnprior for all your needs!

Pat in the service department is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you get the best value for your dollar. He takes the time to explain everything that the mechanics are going to do. He goes out of his way to help his customers. Thank you!!

Honestly I don’t usually shop at Canadian Tire, but I have to give credit where credit is due. I was surprised how empty the store was on a Saturday evening. The store was well laid out, except some aisles are too close together and feel a bit claustrophobic. The two automotive items we needed were in stock and both were on sale. The cashiers were friendly and available (no lineups). Will definitely recommend.

Had a car problem on my way to work. called the Auto shop and was told to bring my car over and they would try their best to fit me in, but couldn't guarantee they would be able to get to it day of. A couple hours later, the car was fixed and for a reasonable amount.Thumbs up to Pat for making it happen.

I just purchased an item and upon leaving I was forced to have my reusable shopping bag rudely searched. Iwas made to feel as though I was in the wrong. I am not a shoplifter and it was insulting to be treated as one. When she found there was nothing in the bag, she didn't apologize for the accusation. Several other people have left similar reviews so it appears as though this is a long going issue that fails to be addressed.
