I had the pleasure of being helped by Nayan. He was so professional and answered all of the questions I had. I was also impressed how quickly my prescription was ready, much faster than I’m used to at other pharmacies. I was recommended by other friends, and would highly recommend to others!

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Raheel, the pharmacist. His exceptional service, extensive knowledge, and genuine care for his patients make him a true asset to the field of pharmacy. Great customer service, especially at the pharmacy. Mr Raheel was kind enough to spend time with me to suggest suitable OTC medicines for my baby. He was polite, and patient enough to answer all my questions and concerns. 10/10 would go here again.

Went in today to pick up prescriptions and got home and found out they gave me meds that I stopped taking and informed of this, but still received the no longer needed meds. On top of that, they charged me a fee, when I never had before and they were unable to provide me with the answer, I called right away and was told that to receive a refund that they would have to contact a manager then escalate it to the owner. I then asked about returning the un needed medication to the pharmacy, I was told to just throw them in the garbage, these are vacuumed sealed and tamper proof bottles. Then you wonder why you have a 2.9 rating, you should really fix the issue, 0 resolution, can't give a educated answer (as all I got for my questions were I don't know"). BRING BACK ART!!! He was the best of the best."

Fantastic experience! The pharmacist I talked to (Nayan) is super knowledgeable. I had visited several doctors before and none of the products they recommended worked. Nayan instantly knew what to do, and went above and beyond to help me. I will never go to another pharmacy because the care I receive here is unlike other places. Would recommend!

All my concerns were listened to and all questions answered providing valuable advice. Getting medicines is quite a hectic tasks as pharmacies take ages to fill your prescriptions. Furthermore, being a newcomer it was always challenging for me to understand the concepts and norms as the whole process is quite different back home. However, I hit the pharmacy jackpot by encountering Shoppers outlet. There was this tall fellow named Raheel who was not only quick but also was compassionate enough to explain the process and convey other required information with the prescription. In fact, I had a confusion that I realised upon reaching home, I called the pharmacy and sought clarification and got very clear instructions from him. This is not to put down the other pharmacists over there, but I only encountered Raheel and have nothing but praises for his and by extension Shopper’s services. This place people is Highly Recommend….

I have always had excellent service during pickup/drop off. Service is always friendly, courteous and reliable. If there's a problem pharmacist (Raheel) find a solution and always provide me and my family great, speedy service.
