I subscribed with Medisure in March 2022 and I was very pleased with the service(strips and lancets).From March 2023 up to now I am very disappointed, I am charged every 2 months but I don’t get any supplies. I have sent emails and tried to call the company but I didn’t get any answer.

I had no problem with the old meter and have used a number in 3years. The new meter has functioned correctly once in a week. I liked having a Canadian company but the new meter is not working for me. I had no problem with your old meter. I am disappointed with the change. Do i need to cut a vein for blood its never enough. Thanks for no response

2022 Update: perhaps an acquisition, prices have ridiculously gone up aside from inflation, with quality of strips and meter being worse than the lowest end US counterparts. Who in the right mind packages test strips individually? No access available for subscription details nor any terms and conditions regarding the subscription, most likely will need to call.

Trying to cancel my subscription service for more needles and get a refund on a mistaken charge for a few months now, several emails and phone calls later still no response and just got charged for the next set of needles. What is going on? Is anyone home?

Very good company and staff. I had some issues with my order and I contacted them. Lady explained that they were out of order on one item and they will ship that in a day. They shipped that fast. I was surprised that one of the higher management person also emailed me and apologies about the order delay. These things happen and due to COVID things are short, and they instead of waiting shipped the required stuff and then in second shipping send the missing item. I am very happy with the after sale service. Products I am using for few days no issues.

Ordered a glucometer kit in March 2023 and haven’t received it (June 2023). Have tried emailing them with no response. Tried calling but the number just says they are not available and to leave a message. It doesn’t even say that you’ve reached Medisure.
