TL;DR: All in all, horrible business, if you could even call it that. Mismanaged, poorly operated, seemingly zero organization and comprehension whatsoever, and employees who are either unaware of what they are doing, or who simply do not care. If you don't need to deal with this company, or can forgo the use of their services entirely, I highly suggest that you do so. So many better companies with much better customer service and general know-how/reputation.Absolutely horrible experience with these people. Originally applied for a bachelor apartment through their services, scheduled a viewing (the person showing was very uninterested and unprofessional, but I was still interested in the space nonetheless) and gave all required information and documentation required to rent at their offices immediately afterwards.Apparently all of the paperwork given in was never filed and was given to the wrong person entirely, causing me to miss out on that apartment. Never heard back from them for a week, and when I finally called back to inquire, I was told that my paperwork was mistakenly never even filed. I was somewhat fine with this (albeit extremely unprofessional and signs of severe disorganization from a business), as mistakes happen, but I was then offered to also apply for another apartment in the same building. I did so, once again submitting all required info, and once again around a week went by without hearing anything from them.At this time, I did finally receive a call, and the receptionist told me that all paperwork had checked out fine, credit checks had went through and passed, and all she needed to finalize things was a reference from a previous landlord. I gave her one (in which my previous landlord raved that I was a great tenant), and she said she would be in contact with me soon. Again, another week had passed with no contact from them whatsoever, so I once again called to inquire. When I called, I was forced to play telephone tag with them for quite a while (*happens extremely often with them, see following paragraph for more info on that*) and when I finally got to speak to someone, I was told that I was declined. No reasoning, no explanation, after everything checked out, I was told I was declined. Again, this would be understandable in and of itself, but I was told a week prior that a solid reference was all I would need to seal the deal. And even then, they clearly had the info that I was declined right on my file, but never had the courtesy to call me and let me know. I had to call them myself to find out and be told so through completely abysmal service. Absolutely unacceptable. Also, whenever you call their offices, never expect good service. I would call, and the woman who was meant to deal with my application was seemingly always on break, and the other receptionist would have me leave my name and number and tell me that I would get a call back immediately after the woman handling my file returned. I never once received a call back. At some times, I would call back around an hour and a half later after hearing nothing (I thought lunch breaks were usually an hour, max?) and the woman I was meant to talk to was still not yet back, and at other times I would call back up to 3 hours after I left my initial callback information to speak to said woman, and she would accept my call without any explanation as to why she never attempted to return my prior call, or even without any recognition that said call was made in the first place. So I repeat, as said in my TL;DR above: All in all, horrible business, if you could even call it that. Mismanaged, poorly operated, seemingly zero organization and comprehension whatsoever, and employees who are either unaware of what they are doing, or who simply do not care. If you don't need to deal with this company, or can forgo the use of their services entirely, I highly suggest that you do so.

Called and emailed multiple times. Was told 3x they would call back. There is no organization. I would understand from a normal landlord to be busy but this is their jobs. Super upsetting. A straight answer yes or no is all i needed.
