The girl named Varinder ruined my sunday by her worst customer service. She didn't even know how to satisfy the need and want of the person and also. She declined me to provide the burger with hashbrown inside and explained that we stop serving the butgers like that. But i just order yesterday the same order at mainstreet a&w.

If Harwinder was rude, arrogant and aggressive towards you for no reason, you are not alone. She seems to hate her job/customers and she's apparently the new assistant manager. She is rude from the very start, escalates the situation when confronted, and does not own up to her mistakes but instead becomes aggressive.Emaan, who identifies as the owner, either has very little interest in addressing customer complaints or has difficulties identifying key ideas in a paragraph. Even when selectively focusing on a small portion (the mis-charge) of my complaint, which was mostly about Harwinder's substandard service for a fast food restaurant, they were only able to identify the mistake after several email exchanges. They finally took a closer look" at my receipt and realized there was indeed a mis-charge. Please take a closer look earlier next time. The owner approaches the complaint with minimal effort or is unfamiliar with their own store promotion/POS system as my order was very simple.Avoid this location

We ate a delicious meal as a family and the staff was very kind. Overall I would recommend it as it is cheap and delicious. Would recommend for people who are hungry and don't know what to choose from in the area.

I really like this location. My twin brother and I eat breakfast here very often. It is always good quality, hot and delicious, and the coffee is excellent. The girl who serves us is very polite and always remembers us with a pleasant smile and awesome, quick service.I noticed a few bad reviews here. I don't know why. This location is quite busy and the other customers seem as happy as my brother and I.I recommend to eat here if you visit CF Mall Food Court.

The food was good, but they didn't have ketchup (what?!) Who sells burgers and fries and have no ketchup? I told the girl they should tell us that before we order and she just simply turned back. I had to go and ask for ketchup to the New York fries. I insisted to buy it from them

Staffs are rude. I ask the cashier to wash her hands first cause I paid cash and I saw customer ahead of me paid cash as well.She immeditaely preparing my coffee without.washing her hands, so I asked her.Then when she is giving my order, she says i should wash may hands first as well cause I gonna hold my food.I said i will just hold the bag and can wash my hands before I eat, but she should wash her hands cause shes the one holding my food and puttin it on the bag.Then she still insisting its just the same.So rude to talk tp customers like,She should know it in the first place, and should not be reminded by customerDoes staffs here know and follow food safety!!!

Burgers or breakfast are standard, but their sweet potato fries are soft when got them and ate right away.
