Rogers

Dan running this store is super negative, and has a poor attitude. He blames the town Squamish for his job, and “they decide what he does”. He’s “just there to sell phones and phone cases”. If you’re in customer service, and your job is to service customers, do yourself a favour and be positive to make your job better, and maybe try to be a difference maker. I’m not sure why he thinks everyone is arguing with him when asking for advice. Horrible customer service, will not return to Rogers again because of this experience.

Sheldon was incredibly helpful and friendly in helping my boyfriend and I upgrade our phones. The whole process was very quick and easy and he was very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Sheldon for all your Roger’s needs!

I had a fantastic experience at the Rogers store today with Sheldon. He was able to help me upgrade my device with no fuss and was incredibly efficient.Looking back at older reviews, it seems like previous management and/or employees did not deliver good customer service & experience. - That is a thing of the past.Sheldon is a good person, he lead with questions, listened and found solutions.My experience here was top notch. 100% would recommend. Got a new phone last night and bought into a plan for the first time in years. I switched from Koodo to Fido with the BFCM deal. Sheldon is an incredibly kind and helpful salesperson. He helped me find the plan that fit me best and gave my partner and I time to crunch numbers while dealing with a busy store of people. Less importantly, but just as impressive: Sheldon can place a glass screen protector on a phone with the most confidence I’ve ever witnessed. I highly recommend you work with Rogers in Squamish!

I am so grateful for Dan's services, I came into the Rogers store with my phone screen cracked and also did not like my phone to begin with. Dan explained to me how I could pay to fix my screen or pay close to the same amount and upgrade to a phone I actually liked. He helped me find the perfect phone with a great camera, I told Dan the things I wanted in a phone and he made it realistic! What I appreciate the most about Dan is how honest he was about all the phones and their pros vs cons, he was extremely knowledgeable about everything. He was also able to get my overall phone bill LOWER than what it originally was and was able to get my partner a discount too. Dan knows his stuff and will work to get you on the best plan. He is also great company with funny stories, I highly recommend coming here for any phone service needs.

Got a new phone today after 5 years. Sheldon was super professional and helpful made the transition very smooth and easy!!he's the one to go to!!

Brilliant customer service from Sheldon at the Roger's store. He handled two customers at a time like a pro. You don't see customer service like this everyday, not exaggerating. He listened, explained it and solved it. I'll visit this store again, thanks for you help today, Sheldon. Three thumbs up if I had an extra one.

Kendall at the Rogers store in Squamish BC helped me set up a new phone and was extremely friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this location if you're looking to get a phone from Rogers. If you live in the Whistler/Squamish/Pemberton area, don't drive all the way to the city for a phone, these guys at the Squamish Rogers store are great!

Dan went above and beyond to help my partner upgrade her phone. Whilst doing this he was also able to lower my bill as well.Ive got multiple phones and plans through Dan and will continue to do so into the future.I can not recommend his services enough.
