Epp Auto was able to fit me in on short notice and did an outstanding job! The guys informed me of all repair work needing to be done and gave me an inquiry upon request. Fixed my car in efficient time and were very friendly with excellent customer service skills. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

So my family and I came to Winkler for a funeral and ended up with a flat tire on the way . Of course this happened to be the time I didn't have a jack or a spare tire in the vehicle. Im hooped , right ? I thought so of course, but i grabbed the phone , got on Google found Epp Auto , called and spoke to the owner Rick . He assured me he'd have a spare he'd be able to provide me with. I said Id be there asap . After the funeral we went to Epp Auto , met with Rick and he promptly and in a very friendly way proceeded to find a tire and rim to fit my vehicle . Removed it from another vehicle in his lot and gave it to me completely free of charge . Now i don't think he did this for any other reason than being a good hearted and kind human being just wanting to do what he could to help someone out when he was able to . I live in Winnipeg so the truth is I probably won't be out that way very often moving forward , BUT I implore and wholeheartedly recommend Rick and Epp Auto as your first and only choice to trust and have confidence in . Thank you so very much and I promise to pay this forward . You helped to make the world a bit of a better place today . I am glad my children got to experience it with me .

The absolute best auto shop in the area ! Will not give you any unpleasant surprises with prices the way some places do

I purchased a truck from a mechanic who worked at Epp Auto. It ended up having an issue and although they were under no obligation, they fixed it for me at cost (i.e. they did not charge me for the labor, only parts). I had a good feeling buying the truck from them as they seemed like good, standup guys, and they certainly proved that through their actions as well. They did an excellent job, kept me up to date throughout the whole repair process, and really did everything in their power to keep the cost as low as possible, even if it was an inconvenience to them. I am very grateful for Jake and Rick and the whole team there, and if I didn’t live an hour away they would be my go-to mechanics. Don’t hesitate for a second to go to these guys.

Definitely the best Auto Service Shop to go to in the Winkler area. Rick and his team are very knowledgeable and honest. You can always trust him to take care of any issue you’re having with your vehicle. I will definitely be using Epp Auto as long as they are around. Thank you Epp Auto for all your hard work!

Rick runs a great shop. Locally owned is one of those Things That Matter in my mind. They did a proper diagnosis and a simple fix that saved me an expensive repair that others thought was necessary. Highly recommended.
