Good group of people while knowing the fundamentals of the JCB line of equipment. Pricing is fair on parts or at least industry standard when a certain manufacturer controls the product runs. (Don't we all hate paying inflated parts pricing?) Debbie at the front reception rarely allows the phone to go to call box and takes the time to inquire into your day. Adam in parts knows his sh*T as a parts guy and takes the time to get the job done. Even goes so far as to ask exactly what you need and the reasons why. I consider myself to be a troublesome client and they still take care of me in a fair fashion. **Shoutout to Chris in service**. The shop is clean and well organized although building is older. I hate walking into a service center that costs 15 million to build knowing those costs have to be passed on to us.

Liftboss helped us find the perfect machine to suit our needs and we were able to purchase our dump trailer through them at the same time. We love our JCB 270. Everyone in sales and finance was great to deal with and very prompt. We have purchased tires and attachments for our machine since then and the service is great. We look forward to making future purchases with them!
