Dr. Edward Lam Dental Clinic

Dr Edward Lam is a great dentist. He is professional and very thorough in his examinations. He found a benign tumour in my mother’s lower jaw where others have missed it. And yes his dentistry skills are top notch too.

Dr. Lam has fixed two teeth for me and I am very happy with that because I barely felt any pain during the procedure, and I haven’t had any issue even after years. I really recommend Dr. Lam for fixing your teeth.

My family and I have been patients of Dr.Lam’s for over 10 years. He is personable and very professional. One of the most outstanding things about Dr. Lam is the high degree of care he takes to answer all questions and thoroughly explain procedures to put you at ease. I have never felt rushed in any of my appointments.He remembers the smallest details that make a big difference; I’m terrified of needles and he has always remembered to let me know when to close my eyes before freezing happens. I have moved to another province but will continue to see Dr. Lam because I have yet to find another dentist with the same quality of patient care.

My lingual nerve is permanently damaged from wisdom teeth removal. I have lost sense of taste and have lifetime numbness on my tongue. The way they dealt with my injury is irresponsible and not supportive. The Dr. does not even know where the nerve is before, during or after surgery. He refused to admit that it is damaged until I did some research online and learnt what happened to my nerve. Very horrible experience and now I am still suffering.

Best Dentist I've ever been to. I'm coming to see Dr. Lam since 2008. My entire family comes to Dr. Lam's clinic, all the way from Mississauga.

I really feel bad for the patients who treated by this person ( Edward Lam) which is not to be called Dentist!!First of all it’s not professional for dentist to wear rain boots and appear to patients. It’s ridiculous!!Secondly He is unbelievably bad at doing his job.I noticed that the staff are always changing. What’s going on in this office???During the procedures he always leave the operation room with the gloves and he takes some instruments and materials and touches everything even though the plastic covers of the door and then gets back to room with the same pair of gloves!!!He not be allowed to practice as a dentist.Please save yourself and never see this horrible person.

Everyone here is very nice and professional! During my visit, I saw them sanitize and disinfect the premises twice, which was very important to me during these times we live in. I have recommended this clinic to several of my friends.

Worst dentist ever! He refused to fill up a hole in my teeth saying the filling will fall off anyways, then walked out of the room. I went to the other dentist who did the filling and my teeth is now good for over a year! The receptionist is also rude and terrible, cancelled my appointment at last minute which I booked 6 months ago, not giving me other times then hang up on me! I don't want to give any stars if I could which they didn't deserve any! Worst and terrible dental clinic I have ever seen! Stay away from them!
