I had to replace a canopy for an AKZ 10’ square umbrella which we inherited when we bought our house. I simply googled replacement canopies and ordered one from Casual Furniture Solutions with ease. So many choices of colors and fabrics but the site was super user-friendly. My canopy arrived punctually and was super easy to install (however it didn’t come with instructions but I printed them off the website as well). I had the added pleasure of working with Nick from the NY office and he was so courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly both in email correspondence and by phone. I had four deck sling chairs and a loveseat glider that were many years old and needed the fabric replaced. I was happy to find CFS! Nick had a great selection of fabrics, ordered the sizes to fit, and installed them perfectly. He was professional and responsive in all interactions, was a pleasure to work with, and the patio furniture looks like New!! I have an AKZ13 umbrella that was unable to open. I called a local dealer in MI and they were unable to help. They even told me that every time they attempt to fix them, they make them worse. I found Nick’s repair videos on YouTube and was able to follow along. I did reach out via email with questions and he answered and gave me helpful advice. It was most appreciated as I’m not anywhere close to the service area for Casual Furniture Solutions. I would highly recommend this place of business. The customer service is excellent! For those outside of the service area, they carry replacement parts online with links to instructions and videos to help with the actual work. Thank you Nick!

I highly recommend Nick and Casual Furniture Solutions. We needed a new Treasure Garden umbrella replacement frame and we found Casual Furniture Solutions. I saw that Nick posted his name and phone number and was shocked to call and he actually answered! That does not seem to happen much these days. Anyway, his price was comparable to my local retailer, but he was able to get it to me sooner. He gave me an estimated time frame and he actually beat it! The frame arrived sooner than expected and all was good. Nick answered his phone, answered all my questions and even emailed or texted me (I don’t remember). If Casual Furniture has what you want, I would not hesitate doing business with them.

In this heat wave, we really need shade on our deck and windows. But after many years...our 13 foot Treasure Garden umbrella came crashing down with a broken cable. Warranty long gone, seller long gone.So grateful to have your website, replacement parts, and online videos. Hubby confidently took apart the mast and restrung two cables. Your instructions and tips were gold.We're back in the groove again!One suggestion...be sure that video is recording on maximum sound level? Old people like us are deaf!

I needed a part for my patio umbrella, a Treasure Garden 11 footer. I had no idea what the part was called or where to get it. I emailed Nick and he responded extremely quickly, got me the part information and told me how to order it. I also wanted to buy a new cover, but ordered the wrong one. Nick caught the mistake right away and let me know. My part and my cover have been ordered and all is good with the world!Thank you Nick! Great service!

Nick personally guided me through what part I needed, and how to replace it. Saved me a ton of time and money! Not used to getting such great customer service. I wish more companies copied his approach!
