Oh man, it is never good to have your car towed when it breaks down, But... when it does... who do you call?I had to leave my car and get it the next morning to take to get fixed. I called and talked to Mo, we set a time for the tow truck to pick up my car. Sonson was right on time! Friendly, quick and efficient. Drove me and my car to the dealership safely. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid, and the invoice sent to me.I would recommend using Advanced Towing to friends. Well done gentlemen, and Thank You!

My muffler was ripped off and pinned under my back bumper after going over a speed bump it then caused the bumper to partially come off. Well advance towing came to help out and did John Landry every help out big time !! he managed to get the muffler out and he was able to put the bumper back in place all within a few minutes ! I thought i was going to have a huge repair bill at the shop but he went way above and he is super friendly and incredibly helpful. A rare character quality these days. He also came earlier than I expected.

Excellent service!Driver came super fast, 20 mins after us talking to the dispatch agent (even though we were told it would be a 90 min wait). He was so nice and super efficient. The car was towed to our desired repair shop. We drove by to check on it shortly after and it was parked perfectly next to the shop. The process was overall quick and easy, which reduced our stress level.Thank you!

Came to move my truck. While backing it up driveway he smashed into it twice bending my steel bumper. I told him he hit it and he told me the damage was already there. Went to get my phone and when I returned he had taken off leaving no information. What a hassle and a lack of respect and customer service. Still trying to resolve issue. Wont use this company ever again.

I feel obliged to comment about a towing service I used. I was surprised to see a women showed up to do the towing but I have to say she did an excellent job. People generally are quick to criticize and slow to complement. This company and this driver named Kelly is definitely deserving of acknowledgement for top notch service. They appear at the top of the list and rightly so they deserve to be that's where I'd put them at the very top. Best towing service I have ever used and I've been driving for over 40 years.

Harvey is just about the kindest and most efficient tow truck driver I've ever met. He was very accommodating in my request where to take my truck for repairs. He sets a good example of what top reasonable service looks like.

Fast, super friendly, and affordable towing! I had a bit of an emergency with my car - it needed to be towed to a mechanic today, and within an hour after calling, a tow driver showed up. Really happy with the service and highly recommend!

Fast and great service! Sasan was my tow truck driver. Not only was he incredibly fast to arrive but he patiently waited a few minutes till I was done with work. Then he odds re we to give my a ride back to my work place so I could pick up another vehicle. Very friendly guy and super fast service! The person who helped over the phone when I called was also nice and friendly. He said he would call back to tell me when the tow truck was arriving and when he called Sasan was already on scene. Thank you both! Highly recommend Advance Towing.

Literally some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever met.I drove into a ditch and a truck from Advanced Towing just happened to drive past my stuck car. They pulled over, seeing the situation and immediately offered to help get me out without expecting anything in return. Truly a random act of kindness.They managed to get my badly stuck car out of the ditch without leaving a single scratch on my car and in under 5 minutes. I’ve never had such amazing service from a towing company! I highly recommend this company if you’re in need of a tow truck.
