My son attended MacMillan kids club for over a year, he absolutely loved it there, the staff are very kind and caring. They all go extra miles, my son was a spoiled stubborn kids and wasn't easy to discipline him but they have done a great job! You are an amazing team!

Kids Club Child Care Centre
I really like this place because staff is very calm and supportive. My child improved in her speech development and she achieved the required developmental goals. Each morning she is very excited to go to the day care and talks a lot about the positive aspects about staff and their innovative activities. We really love this place and wants to suggest to everyone where children stay comfortable and find the home like environment.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. One of the direct teachers working with my son was awesome... but the director or owner of the site has no right to insinuate that I need to medicate my 3 year old!!!!!

The Manager/Owner was very unprofessional and rude. Her first reaction to any children that are hyper is that they need to be medicated. I had extremely bad vibes from her and the centre from the moment we started there. My child did not like it there, nor did he do well there. I am happy to have found an after school program where my child is happy and flourishing. Also, when I had asked for my deposit back it took 6 months after we left of me calling and asking with no communication on their part. The upside was good crafts and toy selection, and a good pickup from school program. I would not recommend unless you have no other options

Our kids love the staff at Kids Club. The center itself is always clean and well maintained and the activities provided are often highlights of our kids daily routines. Kids Club is a great value with high standards and excellent communictaion. The staff provide a consistently positive and safe environment where our kids can be themselves and make good friends.

Very kind and caring staff. They are very prompt with responding to any questions I have by email. Staff were fantastic with helping to potty train my kiddo.

I really appreciate the great communication of the staff at Kids Club and how they treat my kids like their own! They respond to my children’s individual needs, and are always open to feedback or concerns I have. I really appreciate the open communication and how quick they are to respond to me via email or on the phone. The kids love the variety of activities, and value the relationships they have with all of the staff. I feel that they treat me and my children like family.

Owner was very willing to accommodate my children when I moved to the area and was struggling to find childcare. The staff are so friendly and have so much for the kids to do. The before and after school program with transportation has been amazing for our family.

From my experience the actual caregivers were great, however the owners treat their employees poorly and don't respect them.
