A clean, well maintained facility & equipment with friendly members and excellent personal training programs! I switched to this gym and am happy I did so to continue my health and fitness journey. Members receive 24/7 access. Definitely worth checking out!

Great gym, happy to see them staying open. Doug for spent 100’s of thousands to rebrand Ontario as “Open for Business” yet we are forcing businesses to stay closed?

I paid for a 6 month membership thinking it was a oe time payment and I find out a year later I was charged 2 additional times because it was in the fine print and he put my card down as recurring. Shady
