Excellent ambience and interiors. Service is great. Generally a great place for dinner. They also have a well priced lunch deal. Madras chicken curry is definitely quite good. The naan is quite tasty. Vegetarian options are also delicious. Slightly pricey compared to restaurants in Montreal. Overall it’s a good Indian restaurant especially in Granby.

We ordered from here on a recent trip to Granby to visit the zoo. Our order was ready quickly and was delicious. Not all restaurants serve okra and eggplant dishes so that a big excitement for us! We would order again if we were back in the area!

Below average food but what is more disappointing is staff behaviour.We order Veg Manchuria, it was having way to much soya sauce and some cabbage filling, not worth a try.We order dal tadka and they bring dal makhani when we said its wrong order of course they change it but without quality as dal tadka did had any tadka. We let it go thinking it happens.When we order Veg fried rice, we were served egg in the rice, when i asked staff about it, he said “ In the menu it is already mention in the detail that veg fried rice will have egg in it”. When i argue how come its Veg fried rice when egg is in it, he said “ he do not want to waste his time or argue with me in this” i was furious and speechless at this time. We did not eat that dish and he still charge us for the same.Restaurant was full and i did not want to create a scene but it was very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Never going again and i would suggest others to do the same.

This is one of the best places I’ve eaten Indian food (and I travelled the world). Loved the confidence in the menu and suggestions of the waiter too.

Probably the best Indian joint in the Townships. Lots of clearly-marked vegan options and they are thoughtful about food allergies. Friendly wait staff. Reasonably priced especially for pickup.

Have been to the place twice and felt satisfied both times. I travelled from Sherbrooke to Granby just to enjoy the food. I have been to a few Indian places in Montreal but this place is comparatively superior in terms of the quality and taste of the food. On our first visit, we were recommended to try the Gobi 65 and we instantly fell in love with it (had to get it the second time). Being away from India, you crave the authenticity and spiciness of Indian food and I can say that it was well delivered by the people at Royal Tandoori.The server is quick, friendly, patient, kind and understanding. Usually, you can walk in and expect a seat(not because it is empty but because you have a large seating area), but I always call in to ensure that my spot is secured. Students get an extra 10% discount. For all the new Indian and non-Indian folks, this place is a must try.

Amazing food! We were very impressed with the menu and quality of the food. The flavours were fantastic and the mango smoothie an absolute delight! If you’re going to Granby it’s worth the stop for dinner! Great price for both quality & quantity of the dishes.
