Excellent service and installation.Everyone envolved were totally professional helpful and accommodating.Highly recommend the Fireplace. Peter, finalized our living room install and did an excellent job customizing the gas fireplace to coincide with our current set up. He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing. This is the second. Gas fireplace that we purchased from total gas within last two years. We are totally satisfied with the experience.

So far I am pleased with the installation of my insert. The guys got the job done, and during a snow storm (which meant going up on the roof to install the new flue liner and cap). They kept everything clean and tidy, and were courteous and professional. The insert fits with barely any room to spare, a difficult job but it turned out well.

I received a referral to call Total Gas from another company and, upon contacting, received an appointment within 1 week. The technicians, Peter snd Chris arrived early (I received an on-route text). They both were extremely courteous and quickly got our fireplace super clean and running smoothly. The cost was very reasonable for the work they did.

Adam & Peter did an excellent job on the install of my Enviro 20ID natural gas fireplace insert. It was a tight space but they made it work & I am delighted. Thanks again guys!

Terrific service and great products! When we had an issue in our new house, the engineers were out really quickly and sorted it really quickly. I also really appreciated having a female engineer on the team, it made me a lot more comfortable. They fixed the issue very quickly and left things immaculate and working : )

Prompt, friendly and great service ! And they came and worked in a deluge of rain, this was during the summer.Back again today to finish/fix one of the propane fireplaces and again prompt, friendly and efficient and everything is working perfectly.Well went to rate them again and I guess I didn’t hit submit last time as the review above was still there.Again they were prompt and fixed the issue. The fan on my new Vermont casting fireplace was noisy and they came and put in cushioning gaskets and now it is great. I would highly recommend them for not only the products but especially the service

We purchased our gas fireplace 2 yrs ago and today we had it serviced. Such a relief that we received the same great service from today’s technician as we enjoyed when dealing with sales and installation staff. Highly recommend!
