I got a pair of shoes for around 140 but they were on sale at every other Aldo store and the price was supposed to be 60-70, they changed the price.

NEVER agree to en email receipt from this store, ALWAYS ask for a printed receipt. I walked out of the store on Saturday agreeing to get an email receipt vs a printed one, and never received the email receipt. This incident was on Saturday, January 23, 2021 during a closing shift. I gentlemen rang me up and told me I would receive the receipt, but I still don't have it, even in my spam folder. This has happened to me twice at this particular location. Now I try calling the store for a copy, and I can't seem to get a hold of them. I do not want to go to the effort of going to the store knowing that I would be turned away without a receipt.

Visited the outlet store in Richmond. Cool styles, great prices and reasonable selection. Will have shoes delivered to your house for free if they don't have your size. Only one staff on hand but did a great job of serving everyone.

I am leaving this review to appreciate the customer service I received by Alisha. Came in to buy 1 bag and left with 6 items. She went out of her way to help me and was so patient while addressing all my questions.

Prices were low and most of the store items were on sale. However, they didn’t have enough inventory and most popular items on Aldo’s website weren’t available in store.Customer service was good.

A indian girl was super rude she keeps following us asking do u want sizes i was picking up box nd looking for my size she was like its not here what do you want. Then she give wired she should fire i will be not coming again in this store.

I ordered several sunglasses online and some of them are too small to wear. I went to the store and the male sales told me these are accessories and not refundable. I was very surprised because when I check out online and in the email, nothing mentioned it’s final sale. I asked if I can do exchange, also got a no. Before calling customer service, I find I could for sure return the items either through store or mail them back, just type the order number, I see everything I ordered are refundable. I originally intended to keep two pairs but with the horrible experience I received at the store, I decided only to keep one. The sales at least should know the store policy well before they kick customers out. Feel terrible!

I have been using Aldo products for 7-8 years and I have been very satisfied with the quality. However, I purchased a pair of boots 3 months ago and but it has deformed very quickly even though it was worn a little. I contacted the Aldo customer service with the idea that my last experience is rather an exception so I wanted to give them a chance to make it up. However, they did not attempt to accommodate my needs but instead continued to blame on me.I guess it is now time to avoid this brand as it is not anymore a good-quality brand and more importantly, they don't intend to solve customers' problems.

My friend was purchasing a pair of boots and the cashier had a lot of attitude. Prableen was definitely not aware of what was going on at her workplace. Definitely will sound like a Karen but I don’t even care. The boots rang in at $78 after tax. My friend said oh they were on sale! Prableen said “oh” and she manually adjusted the price to $80 before tax. We didn’t care about paying $10 more for the item. It was mainly because of the reason Prableen and Niyamat the manager were giving about the manual override. Both of them were saying how “our system has a big bigggg problem our shoes are scanning for $40 but it’s $140 so we have to manually adjust everything” Clearly the employee did not know about the price until my friend made the comment. Also I had to keep pacing back and forth due to the smell inside the location.
