I dealt with Richard who is extremely knowledgeable and has been in the industry for 37 years. Dealing with someone who is knowledgeable has huge benefits and you feel comfortable and confident in your decisions. He was always quick with a reply and professional. The contractors Craig and Carol did an excellent job and tidied up each day after they finished. Ripping out my carpet upstairs was the best thing and I just love the LVP flooring!!!!

Based on a referral, visited King's Flooring to see about having my stairs carpeted as part of a larger renovation. Richie was great to work with. Good advice and lots of options for style and quality of carpet and underpadding.Installation was done earlier than promised (a great bonus for me), and the team did a wonderful job. They might not be the least expensive out there, but definitely worth it for a high quality worry-free job.

King's did a great job, from helping us pick the right carpet to working around our timing so that they could start after our painters were done and before we moved into our new place. We didn't give them a large window to work with and they made it work. Very high quality work and great service all around! Would highly recommend!

I'm so impressed with the selection and service the folks at King's flooring offer. We are looking at some time for a bathroom and we were shown one that we loved right away. After looking at the large selection we went back to the first one shown us. A perfect example of a salesman who knows their stuff! Pricing was really reasonable too with the options to buy to fit any budget.

Really nice selection of unique tiles and carpets in store. I appreciated being able to see and touch a ton of different textiles before buying.

We recently experienced a flood in our home and King's Flooring did a fantastic job right from the get go. Jim was super helpful and provided some great ideas when it came to flooring selection and Sonia kept us apprised of status all along the way. Jeff installed the floor in a timely manner, exactly as we wanted and even managed to keep the dust to a bare minimum! He also gave us some great suggestions on the trickier parts of the install.
