Came in about 2 months ago to inquire about label pricing, left my information, the type of label and amount I was looking for. Women in the shop seemed nice and helpful. I then reached out via email a couple weeks ago and included my product designs and some more specifics along with questions regarding pricing. The person I emailed replied telling me I needed to adjust my art" which I had to ask them what they meant by that. In that first email they also told me they could do "art" for a 45 dollar fee and that "polka dots or a nice ocean scape" was something they'd suggest. I had to reply asking what they meant by "art" and that I was not looking to have them adjust my labels. What they meant by "art" was the sizing and thickness of my copy. I asked my label designer about this and they told me theyve never had this issue and that it was weird that Safeguard wanted me to adjust the design to fit their specific printer preferences. In the first email I was also given estimates for bulk orders in the thousands instead of what I asked for

Safeguard is awesome to deal with. Marianne always gets back to me right away and is always super helpful and knowledgeable. We recently switched software programs and she was able to tell me exactly what type of cheques I needed and got them ordered right away. I definitely recommend this company!!
