Great staff and service. They go out of their way to be helpful and there is always a cheerful greeting for you and your animal friend. I particularly appreciate the fact that Crossroads is a fear-free practice, where they focus on making the experience a pleasant one and reducing stress as much as possible. That is a huge asset when dealing with animals who may already be stressed by illness.

As always Dr. Pringle and her team are outstanding. There are no dumb questions and no judgement. The vet tech at my last appointment was so friendly and went above and beyond by tossing a ball outside the window on a cold day to help make my dog comfortable and distracted while getting his shots. I'm a 40 minute drive away and I don't think twice about passing closer vet offices on my way there.

I decided to try Crossroads after the last vet clinic I went to fat shamed me and made me feel guilty for declawing our cat (which looking back wasn't the right choice but that is neither here nor there).I was worried that I might get the same treatment but was oh so pleasantly surprised when instead I received ZERO judgement on both. Instead I felt like my cat was accepted for who he was as he was (he has lost two pounds between the two appointments, which were nearly two years apart, too long but I felt scared to go back).Options were provided for my cats care, all hassle free and delivered in such a way that there was no pressure.Services like X-Rays, which could would be costly, were offered but due to our cat's symptoms were told it would not alter the treatment plan. It was so refreshing to be told this, I know this clinic has the best interests of my cat in mind and not out for the money.My trust has been restored and have found my forever vet!Thank you so very much.

Everyone at Cross Roads is great to work with and very accommodating!! I have a very nervous Chocolate Lab and they never push him too much and always work to make his vet visits a positive experience!

Dr Pringle and her staff are always a delight, every visit. They make me feel welcome and I can always trust that my fur children will get the best care.

Cross Roads offers a very unique and comfortable experience. Both of our pups get so excited when we pull into their parking lot. All of the staff members are very knowledgeable and personable. The Vet and Techs take the time to put our dogs at ease, as they offer them lots of attention and treats.
